Our remodeled en-suite bath is exactly what I was envisioning. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed the process of choosing tile, fixtures, and configuration with an additional set of eyes on each part of the project. The tile work and installation of a new vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, shower and plumbing fixtures opened up the space and is pleasing to the eye. I can heartily recommend working with the RHD Turnkey team.

Excellent service and affordable price! Just needed a kitchen faucet replaced and most vendors wouldn't even provide a rough estimate. RHD provided an estimate and the plumber replaced it within 30 min from arrival, so the price was about $70 less than the quote. Very impressed!

Billy just left and I couldn't be happier. A month ago, my property manager sent the handyman for a leak under the kitchen sink. Handyman replaced the faucet. Once he left, I realized the hot and cold were reversed and the water pressue was a third of what it was. Handyman came back and could not fix the pressure.
Enter Billy! Within minutes, my water pressure was back to normal and life is grand. Billy was quick and competent and was great with my doggie, had her eating out of his hand :-)

RHD Plumbing was the plumbing contractor for our new build home 3 years ago. We recently had a small leak from our drainage plumbing (clean out cap) and RHD promptly repaired the leak at no cost even after their normal 1 year warranty had expired. They are very professional and stand behind their work. We have had no other issues with our new house’s plumbing and they do excellent work.

I called Lori to discuss replacing our water heater. She gave me the estimate which I was happy with and proceeded to call the technician. Shane arrived in approximately 1 hour with everything in hand to complete the job. I was very happy with the work that was performed. I highly recommend your services to anyone in need. I want to thank Lori and Shane for the tremendous work that they did.

RHD plumbing replaced a toilet, added a bidet and also replaced a kitchen faucet in my condominium. Called them when we woke up to a house that was only 60 degrees on a very cold morning (Saturday -22 windchill out). Technician was out within a couple of hours and figured out that the furnace couldn't be fixed in a timely matter (if at all due to age). On Monday, they had someone here to install a new furnace within a few hours of being here. The technicians were knowledgeable and awesome! Communication was timely and friendly. We can't thank them enough for getting this up and running for us.

My septic leach bed failed in February of 2025 and I ended up signing a contract for replacement with a local company. This company after continuous delays finally did the soil test and then back into delays. Eventually I found out they had closed down but thankfully RHD had bought them out. RHD honored the repair contract and when they came in to do the replacement system their work was great. The crew came in and excavated for the new system, installed it and then cleaned the worksite up. My only disappointment was that the work was finally completed (not to RHD's fault) so late in the fall I was unable to get any landscaping completed so this spring my 3 labs are probably going to enjoy all the mud. RHD stepped up and made sure I once again have a working and fully state inspected system.

The only problem I had was the arrival time of the service person. My arrival time was from 1-3. A little after 3 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office. They said my service person was still on the job before mine. They were without water and this was the day before Thanksgiving. I understand this however someone should have notified me that my service person wasn't going to be on time. He didn't arrive until after 5. Just update the customer of what is going on.

We would like to acknowledge the excellent service that we received from RHD Plumbing. They will be the only plumbing resource for us in the future. We had 4 different issues going on at one time and Lori walked us through all of it which took many phone calls. Billy came to do the work and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite!
