It's been a hell of a few weeks. My water heater needed to be replaced and Dillan recommended and installed a tank-less (on demand) replacement.( a tankless job) :) We love it, as it will fill the entire tub. Couple days later, the furnace is making a loud humming noise, Dillan was dispatched and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Part arrived the next morning, and Jacob installed a couple hours later. A few days later, the other water heater was leaking. Shawn (sp?) and Billy were dispatched and replaced it in a couple of hours. Some of this with wind chills of 30 Below. Keep calm and plumb on! I recommend RHD to anyone.

I called RHD to find a plumbing service who could help me in a timely manner. Lori called me to discuss my needs and we had a wonderful conversation where we made an appointment. Jason was the tech who came to review and do the work. Jason very knowledgeable and solution oriented as he resolved my issues. Jason also explained things and was very pleasant and upbeat to talk to. We have found our new plumber in the Stoughton area! Thank you Lori and Jason!

RHD plumbing did live up to their name, reliable, honest and dependable. Their employees are very courteous and let you know what is happening every step of the process, Kali was fabulous to work with as far as design ideas, staying in touch every step of the way, making sure this project was finished in a timely manner and that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome, and I am. This bathroom is my dream come true and I cannot wait to enjoy it on a daily basis!!!

RHD has always been fast, courteous, responsive and efficient at diagnosing and fixing all of our plumbing issues. Lori is very friendly and ensures prompt call-backs. Most recently, Billy came to figure out why our soaking tub was leaking water. I thought it would be a major repair but he was able to find the issue and fix it quickly and at minimal cost!

Had a plumber come out to replace my water softener and the experience was great from start to finish. Billy showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did clean, professional work. The installation was done efficiently and everything was working perfectly before he left. Pricing was fair with no surprises. I’d definitely recommend Billy and will use this company again for future plumbing needs.

Billy did an amazing job installing our new kitchen sink and faucet remodel! He was honest and upfront about the expectations if the sink would fit or not but he made it work with some creativity and it looks awesome! The cost was lower than I expected. Wait, when does that happen!? At RHD plumbing!

RHD did a fantastic job on our primary bathroom walk in shower. We needed to redo the plumbing and fixtures from a shower tower to a standard system. Other plumbers overcomplicated the process. Craig was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and provided a fair quote. He worked with us on scheduling around other details, and Billy provided an efficient and clean install on time. Pricing was very fair, communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

I had the good fortune of winning a top of the line Toto toilet by entering a giveaway drawing I saw in an advertisement during the Super Bowl 2026! RHD Plumbing generously sent me a very expensive toilet complete with a bidet to my home and installed it today! I am impressed with their generosity to gift something so incredibly nice! I had the pleasure of working with the service manager, Lori and two friendly and professional technicians, Craig and Jason. I would highly recommend hiring RHD Plumbing and Remodeling! Absolutely stellar customer service. 5 stars all the way!!!
