Ryan was there for us on day one of home ownership when we attempted to shut off the water to our house and ended up showering our basement from an old valve/pipe. He has done several projects on our house from installing a water softener, replacing piping, and getting some plumbing work up to code. He is always timely, priced fairly, and someone I know I can trust. I recommend him to everyone!

We were new to the area and needed a plumber. Someone recommended Ryan, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. We needed a gas line put in, not only was he the lowest bidder, he went above and beyond the call to communicate with us, show up quickly, and did a thoroughly professional job, doing much more than was required. We have used him on several other occasions, once to find a water valve for a refrigerator ice maker. He found it immediately and did not charge us for his time. Whenever we need a plumber he responded very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

He got me a quote that same day and promptly installed a new one. He was professional from start to finish and followed up to make sure all was working properly. More than 5 stars! Ryan was great to work with. We had a leak in our basement and he offered to come over right away to take a look! Everything was fixed within 24 hours! Ryan came by and was so easy to work with! I showed him our valve that needed to be changed and he gave me all my options. He came by the next week and worked with my schedule to get the job done. Ryan is awesome. First we needed late night emergency help in which he was very responsive. We got a reasonable estimate and he finished all the work in a timely manner. The second time was also an emergency call, but during the day. He happened to be close by and was there in 10 minutes. Checked everything and figured out the problem. The third time he replaced a hot water heater on short notice as well. Great work and very professional!

Ryan was prompt, professional and straightforward. I had him out to my 93 year old Grandmother's home and my own. He didn't try to upsell me on things that wernt needed like Ive had with other experiences. He gave knowledgeable and clear information about my choices with no pressure. Ive been so unhappy with the other "big" name plumbing companies in the area and I can't begin to say what a difference Synergy is, or express the appreciation I have for their honesty and integrity. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone- whether it's an emergency such as my issue was, or maintenance such was my Grandmother's need.

Ryan provided prompt, reasonably priced service on a Saturday; while many of the other plumbers I called weren't interested in helping out, or if they were, their prices were outrageous. I would recommend Ryan and Synergy to anyone looking for great plumbing service.

I found a rare gem! Ryan was amazing. I’d highly recommend @Synergy Plumbing and Backflow Testing. I needed some bathroom faucets replaced. He was polite, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations on product and options.. turnaround time for installation was just days, because I wanted to purchase from his recommendation. Arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and as I watched because I love to learn and see how it’s all done. If I needed anything after he left he said just to call. Faucets are beautiful.. Thank you!

First off, we had a lot of work to do at our new (to us), old house. After being ghosted by other plumbers, we appreciated how communicative Ryan was! If he was running into any issues, or needed to run to grab something, he would explain to you why, and what he was doing all the way through.
He is obviously knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, as he has to update our fixtures from very old/amateur fixes of the past and had to get creative while staying up to code. He was willing to take on our projects that other plumbers deemed impossible. Ryan crushed it! He also made sure he cleaned up well after himself. His prices were fair for the work he did. All and all we are very happy with the end result and will be using Synergy Plumbing for any future needs!
