I wanted to share the AMAZING experience I’ve had with a cleaning company. This is the 3rd company and the others never fulfilled my expectations; from missing spots, delayed schedule, price etc, some were pricey but done poorly. But I must say, Cleanzone was a great price for an outstanding service. The owner and his team not only took the time to explain to me what they will do, but he also took the time to show me everything that was cleaned. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality clean in the sun prairie area!

Super disappointed in the cleaning service and lack of customer care I have received from this company.

I had scheduled the “move in” cleaning service. There were three workers that arrive for the job and it took roughly three hours. The house was empty of furniture so seeing what needed to be cleaned was obvious, however, things were missed. For example, bugs on the carpet, hair and urine on the toilet, and mirrors left dusty (see photos). For “move in” cleaning, I expected door knobs and light switches to be cleaned, they were not!! One of the worst parts is that I asked that the inside of the oven would get cleaned. It didn’t even look like it was touched after the service was completed. I called several times to talk with someone about my disappointment to only be told that they could send someone out to re-clean what was missed. By the point someone reached back out to me enough days passed that I cleaned everything myself!! No refund was offered and I am having to pay the full bill, which was not cheap.

I decided to hire The Maids to make my home fresh and clean of germs before my family fully moved in, but that is not what happened.

Update on 3/17, after someone from The Maids messaged on this post regarding a follow, NO one called me. AGAIN goes to show the lack of customer service.

They did not show up for the services as per the schedule. The customer service gave us workaround to talk to the manager who never called. We reacged out to corporate office and they said they see us current customer who is receiving weekly cleaning services! In reality, they never showed up. They lack commitment and poor communication and customer service. They never apologized for not coming either.

Our home needed a thorough cleaning and the team from The Maids did a great job. High quality and attention to detail.

This blue team did an exceptional job with our house. I am currently rehabbing a foot surgery and needed everything done. Very pleased!
