Extremely professional. Southeast took out our existing concrete patio and poured a new one. Southeast Construction was very efficient and the job only took one day. Even in the heat, the crew worked non-stop.

Phil, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. The inital quote only took about 15 minutes and our family felt no pressure taking a few days to discuss the quote. Phil was a great communicator and was always quick to respond. We are very happy with our new patio and highly recommend Southeast Construction.

Southeast Construction created two colored and stamped concrete patios in our backyard and they look awesome! Phil was a huge help in refining the shape and color selection. Phil knows what he is talking about when it comes to design. Mike and the crew did a fantastic job executing the plan. They worked very hard and each person knew exactly what needed to get done. Phil is very responsive via phone and text and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was left hanging. He was also on site the day they completed the work and even stopped by a couple of days later to check it out and make a couple of final touches.
Phil was also up-front about the fact that, since the patio is in the back of the house, the lawn was not coming out of this unscathed. He made that clear. Which I appreciated and understand. This isn't a wheelbarrow and a shovel, this is heavy-duty machinery.
The team really seemed to get along well along with one gentleman that I swear smiled the whole time. And they all were willing to let me float around to take pictures. All very nice people.

Southeast did a fantastic job on our patios, parking area and sidewalk. Phil is responsive, gave us a competitive quote and an accurate schedule. Workers were very friendly and took care to do minimal damage to our yard and landscaping. The creative touches they added were fantastic. They even dumped the left over gravel on our driveway and backgraded it for us. Highly recommend!

Company does amazing work! Great communication and totally willing to work with you to get your dream built! Has them install a 11 x 35 foot long slab and it turned out amazing! Perfectly sloped right and finish work looks amazing! They worked to fast as well area dug out and New slab installed in the same day was totally not expecting that! Owner was super nice and was totally willing to go above and beyond to help he put with my dream and plans for the build area! Will totally hire them again when and if I need concrete work done in the future!

Does an absolutely amazing job. Finish is spectacular and the stamping is phenomenal. They do color work as well and it looks fabulous. Had it done years ago and looks just as good today as the day it was done

We had a very large driveway redone several years ago from Southeast and it turned out great. Now we had a large patio and sidewalk replaced and that turned out beautiful. Phil cleaned the road and driveway when they were done. You couldn't even tell they were there. Every crew member knew their job and answered all my questions. We highly recommend them.

We had to wait 2-1/2 months for our project to be done, due to the constant rain. It's a very large area and we have a lot of clay in our ground soil that kept the ground pretty wet. But it was well worth the wait! We had a patio put in and 1/2 the driveway redone. We are extremely happy with it! They did a great job! We will definitely be calling SE Construction when we are ready for the rest of the driveway and our front walk. I would highly recommend.

Southeast construction did my driveway off of a busy road. I was so impressed by their professionalism, Their thoroughness and their attention to detail is hard to come by! Their work was amazing! Horrible, pathetic place. Night manager was a flake. Said he could not help me with inquiring about flooring. He didn't even look like a manager. 25 minutes later after the flooring guy got off break he said to call him and he would take our measurements to schedule an appointment for carpet estimate. I called him back. His name was David and each time I called him the girl at the Service counter who was so unprofessional herself said he was too busy to help us and this was at 8:30 at night. Let's all work to put Home Depot out of business! While Menards parking lot was packed. Home Depot didn't even have barely any customers! I would like to see the Night Manager and that 2nd shift flooring guy David fired immediately!
