After a few years of wear and tear from pets and dirty shoes, it was time for carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. When we bought our house, I wasn’t digging the bathroom tile, even though others liked it. Now I know why. The grout color threw me off against the white portions of the tile. Voda came in and cleaned it. What a difference! It just needed to be refreshed from the dirt buildup. I’m super thrilled to be able to host this year for Christmas. Voda took the time to spot clean pet stain areas and other stains in the grout that needed extra attention.

Tari and her team did an outstanding job cleaning our area rug, fabric chair, and carpet in a few rooms and also our stairs! My wife said the area rug hasn't looked this good in 10 years! The carpet looks refreshed and they did a professional job! I was notified by text about a half hour before the crew arrived letting me know that they were on their way - which was a very nice touch. I had a really great experience with Damion at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Brookfield-Waukesha. He came out to help with pet urine odor in my basement carpet and after the first treatment the smell was better but not completely gone. What really stood out to me was that he and his boss were not satisfied with the result either and offered to come back a second time at no charge to make it right. After the second treatment the odor is completely gone and the carpet smells fresh again. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Damion and his team to anyone dealing with tough pet odors or carpet issues.

I'm very happy with the cleaning services Voda provided. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job, especially with some cat poop stains I was afraid wouldn't come out. If you look at that spot on the carpet now you'd never suspect they were even there. I would absolutely use Voda again and recommend them highly.

I inquired about pool services via email almost a month ago, but received no response.

Dawn and her team at Pool Life were amazing. They completed the project timely and on budget. They also had an amazing team for the hardscape as well. Truly the company names reflects the life you want to live with your family and friends.

Mike did our landscaping and hardscape 12yrs ago, his vision and recommendations after hearing what we wanted were extremely helpful. We have been very happy withe results.
Due to the ease of working with Mike, we contacted him for our pool project. Again his insight proved to be very helpful in creating our dream to reality. From Mike to the crews, they are very easy to work with and professional which made the process go fairly smooth. The issues that arose, have been dealt with in a very timely manner and to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend them, we plan on using him to finish off our patio

We had SEC lay a patio for us. Took only one day and it turned out great! Phil (owner) was great to work with and detail oriented. We love our new patio!!

We did a stamped concrete patio with Southeast Construction to replace a deck. Finished product was fantastic and great communication throughout the process.

Just got our new patio today. It looks fabulous! I cannot say enough good about the crew that was here. Their work ethic: beyond reproach. Their ability to work as a team: exemplary. They were courteous and professional at all times.

Phil really does a great job , our concrete looks awesome and I’d highly recommend southeast construction for all your concrete needs.

Has them put in a new driveway for me. They did a great job. However, after just a year or two, the concrete looks terrible. Its cracked and there are alot of pieces chipping out. There was even a triangle size piece that broke out after 6 months. I did everything Phil said too. Not to salt and reseal in the summer. So im not sure why its wearing so bad.

Southeast Construction came out to do a detailed written estimate for me in a very timely manner. They were up front with all costs and No hidden additional charges. They were speedy and finished the job using the specifications quoted. I learned a lot from them as they were willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality concrete work.

Phil gave me a competative estimate and my driveway was done. Andy and his crew did an outstanding job on it. I came home from work and was in awe of its looks. I have gotten so many compliments on my driveway. Thanks Phil, Andy and crew for a job well done.

Phil and his guys poured a patio and walkway in our back yard. They did a fantastic job. His crew was professional and when they were done they cleaned up so I couldn't even tell that they were there. The concrete turned out exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely be calling him back for the front of the house.

I had a driveway and walkway replaced and couldn't be happier with their work. This was done for my 95 year old aunt in Cudahy and Phil and crew were VERY professional. Their attention to detail for a cement drive was very impressive...All joints were measured out to be evenly spaced, many measurement taken for accurate thickness, layout of new driveway was checked for squareness was most impressive. The 5 guys there worked very well together, no wondering what net steps were...all of the workers excellent and check his website for the great work they do...what you see is what you get...and very reasonably priced...I usually dont give reviewsbut Southeast Construction is the best...Gerry

Had a stamped and colored patio installed. Amazing results, turned out to be a fantastic outdoor living space. Phill's crew is very professional, has an eye for detail, and easy to discuss the project as it moved forward.
Done on time and on budget. Will have Southeast Constriction doing any future concreat work.
