Constraction reviews in Franklin, Wisconsin

Sam with Absolute Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with on my window project.

He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very thorough in answering questions. His crew were super nice and my job was finished in a very reasonable time frame.

I had personal issues pop up during the scheduling of my window project and Sam was very accommodating.

Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business for your home projects.

Thank you, Sam and your crew once again for a beautiful job!
I had my home resided! It looks like a brand new home! I love it!
The crews did a fantastic job from start to finish!

Sam and his team did an awesome job!

They did an amazing job and made sure the worksite was picked up before they left. Thank you so much! 🌸 100% recommend Absolute Home Improvement.

Absolute Home Improvements replaced my roof and gutters following damage from a hail storm. Sam was wonderful to work with. Great communication and he went above and beyond to work everything out with my insurance. Very happy with the results and his crew were very efficient and clean. Highly recommend.

We recently contracted Absolute Home Improvements for chimney repairs along with roof, skylights and gutter replacement. We could not be happier with the selection of AHI as our contractor. Sam Bickhart, the owner, was knowledgeable and great to work with. He was very responsive via both text and email from the initial sales call through the end of the project. The AHI crews were timely and completed each phase of the project with quality workmanship. They also did an extremely thorough clean-up job. Upon completion, Sam and his supervisor Joe walked the property to review the work performed and to address any questions or concerns we might have. We had a small flashing issue and Sam had his team addressed it immediately. Sam takes pride in his business and his team and it shows. Very impressive customer service.

AHI’s pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. Only required payment once the job was completed and we were 100% satisfied with the results. Will definitely look to AHI for any future exterior home improvement projects and would highly recommend. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are an 11! After you speak to Sam and AHI, there will be no need to contact any other contractor. Sam and his team are the best!!

The team at Absolute Home Improvements was fantastic. We had major damage to our roof and gutters and Sam worked tirelessly to get funds from insurance to get the issues fixed. The team came out and fully replaced the roof and gutters. Everything looks wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had Absolute Home Improvements repair my roof, gutters and partial siding. Sam's communication was outstanding! He kept me up to date with calls and texts every step of the way, from the estimate to the final cleanup. I was a bit worried about my gazebo roof as my husband built it and it is a good 25 years old. The men did a great job and the final result is amazing. His crew was always on time, polite, skilled and left no mess behind. Five stars hands down—couldn’t ask for a better team. I would highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements to anyone needing a home improvement done right.

I would highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements Inc. for your next exterior project! I always get multiple estimates, talk to others, and check reviews before having work done on my home. Sam Bickhart, from Absolute Home Improvement arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was kind and friendly. He very thoroughly explained what work would be provided for the siding, gutters, and service door. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. He gave me a whole new education on the work needed which instilled confidence in his experience and his company. He explained how the work would be done. He also had great knowledge of the products he used.

When I received the estimate, it was well detailed at a reasonable cost. As the summer progressed, he kept in contact with me regarding when the work would start and be completed. I had many questions that came up prior to the work. He was easy to contact and always replied within 24 hours. He was very patient and never made me feel inadequate.

Once the day arrived, Sam accompanied his crew to my home and explained everything that was going to be done. He then left but returned multiple times during the day to guide and inspect the work. He kept me informed of the progress as the work took two days to complete. Any concerns that I talked with him about were addressed by him directly. He returned when the job was complete to inspect the work and guarantee satisfaction.

His crew were hard working and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and left the property in the same condition that it was when they arrived. I could not be more pleased with my choice to hire Absolute Home Improvements Inc and would have no hesitation hiring them again. Hands down, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!

We hired Sam from Absolute Home Improvements for a full roof and siding replacement and they absolutely delivered. Sam's communication was top-notch. He kept us in the loop with calls and texts every step of the way, from the estimate to the final cleanup. Sam helped us with an idea for a problem with our porch pole and it came out fantastic. His crews were always on time, polite, skilled and left no mess behind. Five stars hands down—couldn’t ask for a better team. We would highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements to anyone needing a home improvement done right.

Sam and his team did an amazing job repairing our chimney and replacing our garage entry door. We can't wait until spring when we can have them replace all of our siding! Their pricing was also much better than the others we had received.

Sam and his team at AHI did an incredible job re-siding our early 20th century craftsman, a difficult job that they handled thoughtfully, efficiently, and at a good price. They were able to keep a lot of the aesthetic charm of the craftsman style while updating and modernizing the siding and gutters. The crew were fast and as unobtrusive as possible with a job of such magnitude. We are beyond happy with the work that AHI did for us and we look forward to working with them on future projects as well.

Edit: We've now used AHI for a third time! They replaced our roof for us. The crew was respectful of the property and did a great job. The estimate was again fair and accurate. I highly recommend AHI!!
This is the second time we have used AHI for our home projects. They just replaced two entrance doors, a storm door and completed some structural repairs to a large window. Sam is great to work with. His is responsive, thoughtful in his explanations and both fair and accurate with his estimates. His crew was professional, respectful and hard working. AHI has definitely earned our repeat business.

Absolute Home Improvements Inc. did a wonderful job on our roof & gutter teardown and installation. I interviewed and received several quotes from other companies in the Milwaukee area - so let me save you some time, give AHI a call. Sam was always on-time and communicative about the process. Very easy to talk to and I never felt hesitant to ask a question. Fair prices for hard work. He was onsite to make sure everything was done right. Thank you, Sam!

Had Sam and his crew do a patch job on our leaky roof and take down our worn out chimney. Sam is an exceptional communicator and they did a fantastic job! We look forward to having them back in the Spring to re-roof our garage and replace it's man door.

I had a relatively minor job, but it was a pressing concern. (I had an active leak into my bedroom.) Sam came quickly, assessed the situation, and proposeed a fix to my problem. One of his staff came and took care of the leak a short while later. I am grateful to have this taken care of, and more than satisfied with Absolute Home Improvements quality and attentiveness.

Sam and his crew were fantastic to work with. He was the only contractor that came over that actually listened to the details of how I envisioned my finally product (and trust me I had a lot of little details that were important to me). Siding is a big and expensive project and one that my husband and I had been patiently waiting to pull the trigger on since we bought our house 6yrs ago. I’m beyond pleased with how it turned out. Sam recommended fantastic products and put in all the little touches I asked for. We will definitely use AHI again for future needs as they arise.

Sam went above and beyond for my siding replacement: He special-ordered product, worked with me on carpentry for the front of my 1932 bungalow, and was an excellent communicator throughout. His crew is quick, tidy, and friendly. From quote to cleanup, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements. The owner and his crew did an amazing job on the siding and trim on my home and garage. My husband and I just purchased our first home 1 year ago and needed someone reliable, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Absolute Home Improvements did not disappoint! The work was done thoroughly and properly, not rushed, and in a very timely manner. There was no mess left behind, everything was cleaned up very nicely. The owner Sam is a good honest person that takes pride in his business and work. He answered any questions I had, explained everything, and always responded to emails and texts. He did a complete walk through at the end of the project with me just to make sure I was perfectly satisfied and any minor adjustments were made the very next day. I’m very happy and satisfied with everything. I have received many compliments from multiple neighbors. I will always recommend Absolute Home Improvements. And I will definitely use Absolute Home Improvements for my fence installation and roof in the near future. I look forward to your services in the future Sam! Thank you so much!

First time using AHI and I was not disappointed! From the quick response from Sam with getting an estimate for our garage roof repairs to the fair price compared to 4 other estimates that I received from other companies. They actually ended up coming out a day earlier than originally planned so that was a plus! The roofers followed instructions of not blocking my neighbors' side of the shared driveway and they cleaned up afterwards so no problem with any messes. Joey was sent out afterwards to double check things and clean up once more just to be on the safe side. They have many in-house options for financing so that was also a breeze with working with this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement!

Absolute Home Improvements replaced two exterior entry doors and installed new storm doors at our old duplex. They did a great job, Sam was really communicative, and we're very happy with the result. We will definitely use them again for other projects!

I have to say AHI is the best contractor I have ever hired. Everything was perfect. Product, performance and price. They did my roof, chimney and gutters.
When you hire AHI you will see why Sam and his crews have a perfect 5 star rating! I am impressed and recommend them.
