Constraction reviews in Franklin, Wisconsin

Very satisfied with their work. They poured a foundation for a brick garden bed and did exactly what I asked for and to code. They removed a lot of concrete too and handled equipment respectfully and with caution in regards to all the flowers, trees, and existing structures in my garden. Impressed with the team’s work ethic. Phil is very easy to talk with, friendly, and reliable with communication.

We had a driveway, sidewalk and patio put in.
Phil and his crew did a great job from start to finish. From the estimate to me trying to write our names in the concrete near the end (It took a couple tries- the were very patient with me. ) The crew had great communication they asked our opinions when they weren’t sure how we wanted things. I would highly recommend southeast construction.

We recently had a patio installed by Southeast Construction. The crew arrived on time every day and didn’t waste time getting started. They were professional and genuinely cared about doing a good job. We could not be happier with the finished product. The owner gave us a very fair price and was great to work with. We would 100% recommend Southeast for your next concrete project.

Patio was needed for our house closing. Phil and his crew not only moved mountains to make it happen, but delivered a superior patio in the time we needed it. As a contractor myself, I was extremely impressed to come home and see my yard not damaged or tore up, as their crew took the necessary steps to protect the sod and landscaping. I had a 70 year old painter at my house at the same time, and he told my wife, "That concrete crew your husband hired is a well-oiled machine." I've known about Phil for a long time as I watched him pour driveways for many of my neighbors. Most notably, one who is an engineer with high meticulous standards and told me how impressed he was when he did their driveway and sidewalk. One final feedback, Phil the owner was present at the site and coordinated with crew on what work was to be performed, and ask me (homeowner) to confirm final walk- through before everything began. 5 Stars and would highly recommend SouthEastConstruction LLC. Will update with pictures later this week.

We had a great experience working with Phil and his team. They replaced a portion of your driveway that was previously asphalt. They did great work. They even went above and beyond and fixed a corner of a patio stair that had crumbled that Phil had noticed. We were out of town when the work was done and he made sure to send pictures and even went back a few days later and sent us more. I highly recommend this company!

Right off the bat I was very impressed with Southeast Construction. Phil came out to give me a quote on my driveway. He was professional and extremely honest with my needs. Southeast Construction was beyond reasonable compared to other companies I contacted for quotes. I would definitely use them again!!

Also the crew was super efficient, informative and just a great group to talk to. Very professional!! 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had Southeast Construction pour a patio for us last week. It's stamped & stained. It turned out fantastic & for a great price! In fact, everyone who has seen the pictures LOVE IT! Our neighbors also had a patio done after seeing their work. Phil & his crew are thorough with options & communicate well. I would highly recommend Phil & his crew for your concrete needs.

Phil & his crew were awesome! We had a large patio done & we love it. Phil was involved from start to finish & came the day they finished to personally check how we liked it & ensure it was also done to his standards as well. He even proceeded to water the patio & have a decent conversation for about 45 minutes. This company cares!!! Very professional. On time ever day. Constant communication. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Had a patio and sidewalk put in by Southeast Construction. Phil was great to work with, gave a fair/reasonable price & communication was fantastic. If I had a question, I'd text him and usually get a response within minutes. The crew was absolutely outstanding. On time, hard working and professional. Not only did the patio and sidewalk turn out great, but the cleanup was above and beyond expectations. Foul weather and their machinery made a bit of a mess, but they spent hours making sure our yard, alley and neighboring roads were as clean or cleaner than when they started. 100% satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

I highly recommend SouthEast Construction. They completed a project for me, and I was very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find contractors who truly care about their work and their customers, and they exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to do a great job, I would definitely suggest giving them a call.

We had a concrete slab installed next to our garage and we could not have had a better experience. The work was fantastic and the crew exceptional. Totally satisfied with not only the job but the costs as well. Efficient, economical and thorough. They cleaned up the area when the job was finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS company.

I recently had Southeast Construction LLC do some concrete work for me. It was so refreshing to deal with a truly professional group of people. From planning and communicating to removal and placement of our new patio and walkway. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and respect for our property and our wishes. Phil is so pleasant to work with and his employees are so very professional. They really take the time to get all the details of the project just right.
I highly recommend them.

Phil and his team at Southeast Construction are awesome!! They have done driveway and pathway to main door for us. The work was done on same day and Phil gave us very competitive price. We are very happy with the outcome. Phil was recommended to me by someone I knew and I would highly recommend Southeast Construction to anyone looking for concrete work.

Phil and his team at Southeast Construction were phenomenal!! They created the most beautiful patio for us with stamped concrete and a gorgeous finish. Extremely professional! The work was done on time and the price point was excellent. I would highly recommend Southeast Construction to anyone looking for concrete work.

I couldn’t be happier with my new patio from Southeast Construction. Phil was easy to work with throughout the process and the entire crew was friendly, helpful, respectful, and kind. They paid attention to all the details I wouldn’t have thought of and checked, then double-checked, any changes before moving forward. They even helped with some design ideas and options. The result was better than I could have hoped for! Definitely recommend, and will most definitely use this team for any future work!

Phil and the guys did a great job! They poured an additional parking slab next to my garage and it looks great. I would highly recommend for anyone needing concrete work.

Phil did a fantastic job and his team was super professional and everything came out perfect!! Highly Recommend!

I needed a concrete pad poured for a hot tub and they did an awesome job! They were quick to schedule me, made a nice looking pad, and did a great job cleaning everything up. Would definitely go with them again in the future!

We used Southeast Construction to replace our concrete patio. I cannot say enough great stuff about Phil and his team.
Phil has amazing consulting and customer service skills and I always felt like he had our best interests in mind instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Putting the customer first instead of trying to upsell is a rare quality in this industry.
Phil listened to what what we wanted and create a plan that exceeded our expectations, within budget. He actually gave suggestions that were better than what we thought of doing!
When the work began, I was consistently impressed on the professionalism and timeliness of his crew. They were never late, always nice, and cleaned up the space when their work was done.
There was one day that cause a rain delay and Phil stayed in constant contact with a plan to ensure we wouldn't get behind schedule. Even though that was out of his control, he took charge and created a plan. Another rare quality in this industry.
We also required some other work that was outside of their scope and Phil gave recommendations to wonderful vendors. He clearly has a solid reputation and a community of exceptional partners he trusts.
The project exceeded our expectations and, in the end, I found Phil to be more of a trusted friend than a vendor.
We will use Southeastern Construction for any further concrete work and highly recommend them!

Phil and his team were skilled and professional! They had previously done back patio work for us and the work was so exceptional we asked them back to do work on the front! It's very satisfying seeing the quality and workmanship in their finished projects. Will ask them back for a third project next time I need it!

Southeast Construction LLC did a fantastic job taking out my old patio and creating a new patio. Phil was great to work with and his crew is very respectful and work very well together! I would highly recommend them!
