Brandon is professional, helpful and brought his creative ideas which ended up giving us the landscaping plans of our dreams! He listened to our wants and overall vision for our new home and he brought it all to life. His passion for what he does is evident when you work with him. He just recently did our fire-pit sitting area and we enjoy it so much :) We look forward to working with Paradise Landscape and Design for all of our landscaping needs. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

Brandon at Paradise was referred to us by an individual my wife works with for the plants around our yard. We liked what we heard about him, so we reached out and asked to meet. We explained our VERY general vision. Brandon came back with a design that was, literally, perfect! He heard us and took our very vague conceptual ideas and put them into a beautiful design. We live in a modest 1920 bungalow on what was a more rural street that has become a busy street. We wanted to remove the ugly and gnarly bushes in front of our beautiful porch, then create a bit of a sound barrier and privacy wall. In addition, we installed a paver driveway a few years ago, and wanted to rip out the concrete walkway going around the house to the back and install complementary pavers. Again, Brandon took our "general ideas" and put them into an amazing plan.

Once the work started, it was immediately apparent Brandon loves what he does and does what he loves. First of all, he treated our modest 1920 bungalow like a million dollar mansion. He was so careful and considerate in every action. And he is amazingly skilled! The walkway went from the driveway around the entire house to the back. And there is another walkway from the door to the street. This involved three elevations that had to mesh perfectly. Brandon had everything set in place and worked meticulous to ensure the transitions were seamless. To us, it looked like a daunting puzzle but it seemed like second nature to him.

As the project went on, he constantly kept us updated. He made suggestions and we made requested modifications. Brandon was open and receptive to all of it.

We have worked with many people on many projects. But we truly have not enjoyed working with anyone as much as we have enjoyed working with Brandon! He is outstanding!! We already have plans for a second project with Paradise next summer and cannot wait to work with them again!

Great work landscaping after our home addition.

After spending $$$ for a new lawn and getting a letter from the city asking if I have a water pipe leak ( I watered ALOT) my lawn looks horrible. NOt sure what to do at this point.

Within 4 years almost everything they planted in my yard is dead and had to be pulled out. When you spend thousands of dollars on a project you think the quality of planted items would actually last.

Kevin was great to work with! He communicates well, was flexible with changes, and got the work done on time! Highly recommend!

They have done 2 jobs for me and have done a superb job both times. A third job will be done next year. Kevin is full of ideas. His vision on a water drainage issue between my neighbor and my yard on the lot line looks great. He brought the idea of a dry river bed to us, we couldn't be happier. His crews are incredible. I look forward to them doing next years work.

They will not come on time. They will use cheap or used materials if they're not observed closely. This company especially Chris will double book appointments and will overcharge you for subpar work. I would not even recommend them to an enemy.

Broken lock on front door, bitter cold weather and fixed within a couple of hours of calling them, all at a reasonable price! What more could you want? Highly recommended!

We've used 360 Maintenance three times in the last two years. Plumbing, electrical and those odd jobs you just don't want to deal with. Everything turned out great and the prices are very reasonable.

Was suppose to give my client a quote never did said he sent my client the detailed invoice my client didn’t hear from him. For 2 days he lied to me and never responded to any of my calls, texts or emails when trying to reach to him and get it figured out very disappointed would not recommend Chris for any home repairs plus his attitude was very vague and unpleasant seemed like he didn’t care from the start.

360 Degree Maintenance has been hired to do a number of different jobs around my home - roof repairs, dishwasher installation, replacing outlets and switches, and a full bathroom remodel. 360 Degree Maintenance is skilled and able to take on a variety of projects. The owner is able to analyze/inspect problems and able to provide quality and affordable solutions for those problems.

I used 360 for a ceiling fan installation with no existing electrical or mount. Quote seemed reasonable, no changes in pricing even though our existing electrical wasn't quite what he expected. He also pointed out a couple potential problems in our attic (fixing one himself) while he was up there. Timely and professional, would use again for projects around the house that are outside of my skill level.

Our church hired the company to install an outside electrical line. The electrician did a good job on the installation. However, he was here for 4 hours and we were charged for 5! Added to the bill was a $40 trip charge for a 5 mile trip. The materials were charged at 150% to 200% of actual cost. When I asked for an explanation, this company was silent, only demanding that we pay our bill! This is not a fair, honest company. Stay away from them! Mind you that it was a church, a house of God, that this company felt was OK to overcharge for its services.

I needed a responsible professional to take care of a very important customer. I was delayed in California and I called Chris at 360 Degree Maintenance. He was able to install a fuel inventory monitor for me and my customer was thrilled. I really appreciated his quick response and professionalism.
