The Molly Maids are great. They clean my house very quickly and it is clean when they leave.

We are so glad we decided to contact Molly Maids for our cleaning needs. Our team of ladies, Ines and Saira, are always on time and a wonderful job. The house always looks and smells so clean and fresh.

When they come in, they’re always cheerful. They’re very kind to our pet bird, too (even though sometimes she can be loud when the vacuum is running).

They do a fantastic job with cleaning our place. They dust everything—high and low. They even dust things that we don’t think of asking them to dust (like the shelves in the laundry room).

They carefully wash the floors, and ask if we want them to wash the patio door. (We only ask them to do that when the weather is pleasant.)

Our home has never looked so nice. We’re so grateful for Ines and Saira, and we look forward to their visit each month.

The ladies always arrive within the expected time frame I’ve been promised and they do an excellent job of cleaning my house every two weeks.

I have been using Molly Maids for several years now. Ines and Saira come once a month to clean my home, and I must say they are amazing and do such a beautiful job. I am disabled so they are able to get to all those places I am unable to. They are always on time and work so quickly. I am so grateful to have them.

Excellent team, did a very thorough job!! Price is probably fair but just more than I want to pay.

They are honest, punctual, quick, friendly and thorough. I like having a reminder call the day before from the office they have me on their schedule. A tip for anyone new to hiring a cleaning company. ....Carefully go over exactly what you want cleaned during the estimate process. Ask questions. The quoter will take careful notes and your requests will be followed by the cleaners. Let the company know if something isn't up to your satisfaction. The people who own this franchise of Molly Maid are very sincere in wanting to provide outstanding customer service.

At first, I had a few scheduling issues on my end, and she and Ryan were so accommodating with the changes I needed to make. We've enjoyed Molly Maid cleaning service for a few years. They always show up on time, and when they leave, the house is sparkling and smells great. Our team, Nora and Luz, efficiently tackles all the cleaning tasks on our list - dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms. We also hired Molly Maid to deep clean after a kitchen remodel, and they were definitely up to that challenge -- tracking down all the little hidden bits of sawdust and drywall spatter. So no matter what we throw at them -- from regular touch up cleaning to big post-construction sanitizing -- they have done exactly what we needed them to do. Highly recommended.

0/10 recommend. We hired for a move in clean of a completely empty house. When arriving after work we were beyond disappointed with the visible half hearted cleaning that was completed. When discussing with the office we were told that somebody could come back on Monday AFTER our movers are scheduled to deliver personal items. We are now left to scramble to re clean a house last minute so our movers can arrive and are out the cost of what should have covered our expected cleaning. DO NOT book this company, you’re better off just doing it yourself.

Great job of cleaning my apartment for my move out. It was done quicker than I expected and the place looked great!
