I’ve been putting off cleaning the outside of my house for way too long because it’s a massive chore, but hiring Clear Choice Services was the best decision I've made all year. If you're anywhere in the Milwaukee area and hate dragging out the ladder and hose like I do, just call them. They came out and handled all the power washing and window cleaning, getting rid of all the green grime on my siding and leaving every single window completely streak free. They even got the annoying hard to reach ones on the second floor. The crew was fast, completely respected my yard, and stuck strictly to their original quote with zero surprise fees or upsells. My house looks brand new, and the absolute best part is that I didn't have to lift a single finger. They are hands down the best exterior cleaning company around, and I'll definitely be having them back next year.

They were on time and they were very respectful of my furniture and bel9ngings. He did a very thorough job cleaning the glass and the frames. I feel they did a great job for the price they charged.

I did alot of shopping around to find who I wanted to use to service my home. Clear choice (specifically Tony) provided the most comprehensive quote. Dispite them being relatively new, I decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint. At the beginning Tony went over what the service would entail per our quote and checked to see if I had any questions. Then he got to work.
I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done and he even pointed out a few more services he could provide (that I thought i would need to hire someone else to complete. )

Clear choice services is the best window cleaning company I've used in SE Wisconsin. They are professional and detailed oriented, you can see they truly care about their work and results. Highly recommended.

Tony and his crew did a phenomenal job. I've worked with a lot of other window cleaning companies And no one matched their quality of workmanship. these guys took the time to pay attention to detail and completed the work at a very fair price. Will recommend to all of my friends and family.

From the very beginning, Tony went above and beyond in ways that made the entire experience completely stress-free. He was genuinely happy to be doing the work and truly appreciative that I chose his company, which meant a lot.

They only had a handful of reviews when I found them, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance because they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

One thing that really stood out was the communication. I have MS, which makes phone calls and back-and-forth estimates difficult and exhausting for me. Without even knowing that, Tony handled everything through text and even let me skip the in-person estimate. That level of flexibility and kindness made the process incredibly easy and accessible.

My windows are spotless — honestly cleaner than the day they were installed. I’ve already booked him to come back for the second floor.

Had a pipe leak in our basement and on the strong recommendation of a fried called Better Choice. They were at our house in an hour (and they are based 45 minutes away) and did a great job at restoring the mini-flood and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I travel frequently for work, so when my wife and I bought our house in Oak Creek (Dec 2012) we had 1 week to get the house to "move-in condition". Wade was able to fit us in with very little advanced notice and did a remarkable job on the carpets in our new home. They are very professional, personable and affordable. I highly recommend them.

I used this company successfully with quick reply and estimate after another company had not worked out for lawn mowing last summer. I actually hired them a month or so into the season. Since the seasons have changed, I have gotten no where with them when trying to hire for snow removal and gutter cleaning. I first called, left a voice mail and emailed with no response. So I called again a week later and was told I would be put on the schedule to receive gutter cleaning and the owner had not yet sent out estimates for snow removal. Three weeks later, well approaching the end of fall, my gutters were still not cleaned and no estimate. I called and was informed they "were just really behind," but I was on the list and she would leave another note for the owner about a snow removal estimate. A few weeks later, after two long snow storms, my gutters were not cleaned, I likely have roof damage from the ice that formed, and I had no one to do snow removal. I emailed again, with no response, and called and left a message for the owner, which again received no response. Should they have been too busy or already fully booked for their services, I wish they would have just told me that. Honestly, I've never written a negative review before for the public and I wouldn't have should I have ever gotten a hold of anyone at the company to help me solve this issue. I'm really disappointed in their services after having a good experience over the summer. Long story short, if you don't get a quick response from this company, move on. I wish I had.

We have used Exquisite Exteriors for several years at two of our locations. They have gone out of their way to make sure that our parking lot and sidewalks are salted and cleared so that our customers can safely enter our buildings. With the heavy snow we had this year we started losing some of our parking stalls. They came out and moved the snow off the parking lot to another site. I highly recommend Exquisite Exteriors.

Exquisite Exteriors came out to look at my property and we talked together about some landscaping solutions. They provided a quote, and within 2 weeks they came to do the work.
My yard now looks more amazing then I ever thought possible.
(Bed Edging, Mulch, Stone Beds, Weeding, Weed Barriers, adding Topsoil and areas of seed/grass. etc.) They worked extremely efficiently, and all the while were meticulous and clean. (Took away all weeds and brush, and even took an old heavy bench I needed to get rid of.) They checked in with me every step of the way. They saved me *months* of trying to do this yard work on my own. I could not be more ecstatic about my landscaping and yard work done by Exquisite Exteriors!
