We were apartment dwellers for six years, then a year ago became home owners again. I couldn't possibly keep up with major housework (aging), but Molly Maids coming once a month is a God-send for me. The ladies are always on time, very thorough, and after they've been here the house smells clean and fresh, the countertops shine, the floors are mopped. I am very pleased with Molly Maids!

They work fast and furiously. Scheduling is super easy, always get reminders before service days and everyone is super friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Molly Maid came to deep clean our home and did a fantastic job. Having two kids out of school all summer (teen and tween boys), plus two dogs, made our home feel more like a frat house. Now, our whole home is sparkling and they got out tough stains in a tub that I had given up on. I could tell our baseboards and window sills were fresh, the floors shined, and the vacuuming done. Furthermore I specifically asked for a large standing mirror to be cleaned and it looks amazing. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait for them to come back.

Quoted $275 over the phone for a basic cleaning , then after the job was done I was charged $460. I was not warned, did not approve the higher amount, and no extra services were discussed. The charge was still run on my credit card anyway.

Get your quote in writing and confirm they won’t exceed it without approval. Be aware they may dispute chargebacks for the extra amount. I would not use Molly Maid again.

The appointment was for an elderly neighbor that was in need for cleaning. The job was to focus on specific areas of the home; 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Three women definitely had their work cut out for them as it was a big job. They arrived on time and started right away. The time allotted for this cleaning service was 3 hours; they finished on time and added a few extras, vacuumed, cleaned the floors in 2 entry ways, as well as cleared many cobwebs from the ceiling. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how well they cleaned and left the home in a sparkling manner. I highly recommend using MM for your home. Thank you Molly Maids, I'm sure my neighbor will be highly impressed when he returns home.

With two knee replacements and two shoulder replacements it’s very difficult for me to do my own cleaning. I hired Molly Maid several years ago and I’m so glad I tried them. Prior to using Molly Maid I had used many other services but always became disillusioned because they did a good job in the beginning and then seem to slack off. Molly Maid cleaners are wonderful! Their attention to detail is fantastic and they are simply very nice gals who do a great job with my cleaning. They have extra touches that other cleaners had never done. I really feel they try hard to make my place sparkle. They have exceeded my expectations for cleaning services.

The owner David is a solid dude, he came to our property and gave us a very reasonable estimate to scrape the rock filled topsoil from our yard and replace it with clean black dirt. His crew showed up and they knocked it out super quickly and the grading was beautiful. I’ll definitely be hiring them again soon for some more landscaping projects I need done.
