We returned home from camping to find that our air conditioning was not working. I called several companies, but they couldn't come out for two to three days. Fortunately, South Shore returned my call and arrived within an hour. They quickly fixed the issue by replacing two capacitors that had been chewed up and shorted by mice, and now our A/C is running again.

I was having furnace problems this week. I was able to call and get an appointment same day, once on a Tuesday and once on a Sunday. Great service. Both Ryan and Dan were friendly, helped me understand what was happening, gave me detailed information on the fixes, and professional.

South Shore did an excellent job for us. They were flexible when my project was delayed. Once scheduled, they showed up on time and completed in a timely manner. The staff from the office to the techs were always professional and pleasant to deal with.

Our service tech (Matt) arrived early which is pretty uncommon these days. He serviced our heating and cooling systems within one hour and he was extremely professional and polite. Great job Matt!

Almost year ago they come to install my AC and new water heater I pay them in full completely trusted them it was my mistake to do so and trust them ! I should never trusted them I signed the paperwork paid in full the same day over 6,400$ K after they finished work didn't check anything to make sure my water heater had no damages are my AC ! I even had one of their people coming to tack photos of my water heater in basement I just don't know what photos he took if he did his job right he should had spotted the dents on my water heater their installation crew did ! Yesterday I had electrician coming and as we spoke I looked from totally different angle my water heater ...to discover huge dents in my water heater that they hide at from me never told me about wail they were installing at in my basement most likely the dents were made as they were tacking it down to my basement, there is no other explanation the point is they hide it from me never told me praying that I don't see it ! That is called being dishonest and wrong Upsolutly wrong from them ! I called them up informing them about the dents yesterday I was very mad because I trusted this people their company! The person on the phone told me that I signed paperwork that everything was OK and to much time past on they sand me email this morning telling me seek help from my home insurance! I paid them 2,000$ just for that water heater and trusted them and I was taken advantage of that is how I feel they hide it from me their lie they are dishonest that is wrong ! I would not recommend them to no one are ever call them for anything else they are dishonest company !

Came out earlier than I thought they were going to during a hot time. I’m sure they were very busy. Courteous and enjoyable to work with even though I needed a new unit. Fair price on the spot and gave an approximate time when they could do install
