We had an igniter valve fail. I ordered the part online, and your company came out to replace it. He was done in 10 minutes. Super professional. We will continue to use Mr. Holland’s for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Al called 30 minutes before arriving to give us a heads up, and that’s helpful to give us that timeframe within a four hour window. Al was right on time. He asked questions about our plumbing issue to make sure he understood the scope of the repair before he even lifted a tool. Great job, Al.

I appreciate all the follow up service calls to get my system back up and running. They replaced the Furnace last October. Ran for 4-5 months of winter no problem. Switch back to heat from A/C just shy of 13 months later and it doesn’t work. Now 3 service calls later hopefully the system is fully operational 🤞🏼

I love this company. I have been with them for a few years. They’re reliable, honest and fair. I highly recommend them if you want it fixed right the first time.

Today was one of the coldest days and our furnace was not working properly. After calling and setting up a future date and time for Mr. Hollands to come out they called back and fit us into their busy schedule on the same day we called. Matt was awesome and very friendly. He immediately found the problem in our furnace and fixed it.

My experience with Brian was good. He was knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly, and polite. Even though the project will require another visit for a complete kitchen rewire he did a great job addressing the issues and work needed to be complete the job.

Such a polite and friendly soul Trevon Trussell is. He did an great job, explained everything clearly to me and was kind enough to put up with my dogs. He even took the dirty filters I had in the basement. 10/10 would recommend!!
