I had a problem with the wiring on my smart thermostat however, that proved not to be the case. While he was at the house, a phone call had to be made to the Security company to tell us what their thoughts were. He assessed the problem and it was solved-u needed a new thermostat.

Bryon and Rogelio were very personable and professional. They did a great job installing my new lighting and left no mess whatsoever for me! I love my new lights-only drawback is that now I can see the corners too well. Mr. Holland has done many services for me in the recent months and I am so glad I chose them. I recommend them highly.

Furnace was not running and it was 20 degrees outside. Called Southshore Heating, explained the problem. 15 minutes later Chris texted me and said he was on the way. He arrived an hour later. He seemed very knowledgeable and checked the furnace. In less than half an hour the furnace was running! What more can I say!

Jonathon did an annual maintenance on my furnace system. He was very conscientious about my home and worked efficiently. When he was finished he reviewed my furnace's performance by showing pictures of all the critical readings and explained that all is working perfectly.

I was not satisfied at all. Booked my appointment for 12-5 window which is a long window. I told them I need closer to 12 if possible because I work. Tech arrived at 430 on the phone with his dentist. Stopped diagnosing my furnace to take a call from his dentist and then ultimately just tried to sell us a new furnace. I just wanted my furnace repaired. Now after paying the dispatch fee of $89 I have to hire a company to still repair my furnace since this company quoted 1200 which is 3 times the quote from other companies. I used to like this company before the merge. I wouldn't hire again nor recommend

Highly recommend. They were fast and Josh was so kind. Very clean, always put on boots to walk in our house. He explained everything very well and was a great price!
