We had another store place a tree on hold for us. Everyone at this store was very helpful. The building does not look like any other Stein’s, so it was a little difficult to recognize when driving.

Amid the whole pandemic, my experience was pretty good overall. Found what I needed received good customer service the manager at the Germantown store Jimmy was a huge help. The prices are not always the best, I can usually find them cheaper at big box stores. The reason I go to Steins is because of the warranty they offer on their plants.

I love Steins as a store, and generally have an okay experience at this store. That said...

Two separate occasions I have asked for a small box to carry my mini succulents home in (they are lightweight and tip over easy, resulting in broken leaves) and twice I was told "we don't have any boxes, we can only put them in a bag."

When I asked if they had boxes in the back from the merchandise they receive off the truck and unbox ...she rolled her eyes at me and said no. She was upset I interrupted her gossip session with her coworker (who didn't seem like they wanted to listen to this coworker in the first place, but didn't have a choice because they were up at the registers with her)

Spoiler alert - I had to take them home in a bag and sure enough, 2 of my plants were damaged when I got home. You provide trays for customers in the summer with summer plants...why not all year round?

The cashier was a younger, heavier set gal with curly hair. Very unhelpful and rude

Went shopping for some select Christmas items. We were pleased with the selection/ variety. Yes some prices were high, but overall acceptable for the items we wanted.

Nice weather to p/u a Christmas tree. THIS Stein's G.C. is my "go-to". Still good selection & good prices. Helpful sales associate MEGAN!!! (summer plants & annuals great too) I'll be back.

The plants at this location seem well cared for and there is a large selection to choose from. So that gets five stars. Unfortunately the staff (at any Steins) location is a one star. I have visited many and the customer care has been less than acceptable. The women are rude and pushy. If you say you don't want your plant in a bag. Even though they do not offer a warranty on their plants, they will bark at you about stuffing your plant in a plastic bag, which is really none of their concern since you just purchased the item and now own that said item, but that is beside the point. You will be met with the evil plant lady eye and given and ear full about how they HAVE to bag your item, even if it breaks the leaves on your plant. They don't care, stuff that darn plant in a plastic bag which is also not great for the environment but they don't back down. Plant selection at this location is great, but that is where it ends.

Such a great place to shop! Always finding great and wonderful deals at Steins! Make sure to stop in!

Honestly the drivers are great, but OMG the rest of the company is just straight up incompetent. Literally 9 phone calles, NOT including their useless live chat first, fight through to get past the AI, only to get a person who tells you to call some number, then get transferred 2x. Hard to believe they can be this bad.

Terrible customer service. Broke my garbage can months ago and I have yet to have it replaced. They keep saying someone will come out in a week and no one ever comes. Its been over a month with nothing.

Skipped pick-ups. Poor customer service.

It has been an awful experience dealing with Waste Mgmt. The tactics they use to try and trick you into staying with them are bizzarre.

Nobody responds to messages. They continue to not pick up our trash along with our neighbors. If their truck is full at the end of a route, they should return the following day to finish the previous days pickup.

Has TRIPLED in price since we signed 2 years ago. of course to cancel is a huge pain runaround.

This must break some price gouging laws.

After we Informed them we were cancelling it increase the very next month by 200$

We are now up to $620 monthly for a 8 unit (2 bedroom) apartment complex.

Monthly rent is only $550! Per unit!

I would stronly suggest finding a different company to deal with in regards to commerical disposal. They are ALWAYS looking to add prices to service and it is an absolute headache to try and get out of there contract. Automatic renewal that requires a certfiied letter 120 days in advance... Basically we are going to try and trick you into sticking with our service... Find another company....

Never came on a scheduled bulk pick up and you have to constantly have to hound them to do the pick up that THEY SCHEDULED. How ridiculous is that?

They always tell you the same thing too. That they will pick it up "today" but obviously days keep going by and phone calls keep being made for non pick up. If you can't do it, then why keep telling the customer you're going to?

It sets a precedence that you have to put up with subpar service, and if you make an inquiry about it it'll only make the service worse.

Why schedule a date for a service that is paid for in advance, then not meet it? Then keep dangling the carrot of its going to get done. That's a failure on both the pick up crew and customer service.

We scheduled our mattress pickup for a Friday and have had to hound them for answers on when they’ll be picking up. 12 days later (so far) it’s not been picked up. All despite WM PROMISING that it would be picked up either that day or the next day each time.

They claim they are short staffed, yet have no problem taking your money and give empty promises just to get you off the phone or online chat.

What an eye sore for our neighbors to have to look at on our curb. Seriously, just don’t bother with WM if you don’t have to.

Truck drivers littering the highway for miles and miles. Saw him look in his mirror at least a half dozen times and watch stuff flying out without pulling over to fix the problem.

This company is criminal. They overcharge you for minimal service, lock you in a contract and when decide to move they will charge you huge for ending the contract and another $200 to take back their trash cans! Who moves their location but keeps the garbage service going?!!!!! This place is like the mafia. "Just pay us" is their moto.

Great service with a quick turn around from the original call to get my stumps done. Competitive pricing, experienced, timely and professional.

Owner was very personable, job was done efficiently & I couldn’t be happier w the service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call R&B for any future stump removal needs!

Ryan was on time, incredibly efficient and extremely affordable. Highly recommended! He removed our problematic tree with ease!
