I had a large area of buckthorn and small trees (around 100 stumps) in my backyard that needed removed. Ryan was extremely responsive and came within a few days to give me a quote. His quote was beyond reasonable for the amount of work. He ended up getting the project done ahead of schedule as well. Very pleased with R&B Stump Removal!

I had a single stump that needed to go so I could put in a new garden bed. I reached out to Ryan and he gave me a quote within an hour that was more reasonable than other contractors. He was very communicative and came when he said he would. I wasn't home when he did the work, but he called after to let me know he completed. Ryan removed 7 stumps for us and did an excellent job. He was a professional and cleaned up nicely when done. Process went as smooth as possible. I had R&B remove 4 stumps of various size and age, and the end result was perfect! All work was completed in under 90 minutes. Although I will do the final cleanup it will be easy as the chips did not fly far from the work area. And the price was absolutely fair. Thank you to Ryan for a job well done. I highly recommend R&B for stump removal. (The picture is from a 42" stump grinding. Not a large area to clean up at all!)

Ryan’s service is great. As a contractor myself, I know how important it is to communicate with customers and to inform them about their service/project. I needed a stump removed from one of my job sites. Ryan came over the same day I called him and was able to get the stump grinded with no problem. I will definitely be using his services for projects in the future.

I reached out to Tim and his crew because I was looking for woodchips. Tim's employee was very professional when I spoke with him. I then spoke with Tim who was just as professional. Tim let me know that they were very happy to deliver the chips to my residence and about an hour later (the guys had to finish the job first) the chips were delivered! The chips were great! I lucked out on getting crab trees and spruce wood!

I have had Tim out two different times. First time was to cut down two dead pine trees. Second time was just to take the top off a broken branch. Both times he and his crew were professional, clean and hard working. When he came just to take the broken branch down he was taking a little time to teach me what he was using, why and how it made his job easier and safer. Couldn’t ask for a better experience as I’m the annoying customer who likes to ask questions to understand what you’re doing and what your equipment is for. Lol Any other tree service I need he is the first person to call for me.

Just had Tim cut down a large tree in a small area between mine and my neighbor’s house. He and his team were here when they said they would, polite, friendly and very professional. Tim and his crew finished up a rather large job - cutting down 12 trees, some of which were dangerously close to the house. They were on time, and finished up exactly when they said they would. No surprises! Pricing was competitive, and work done was professional. They went above and beyond with the clean up, and also left me a ton of mulch. You can't go wrong with them!

Excellent service and great pricing. I had a lot of dead wood removed from around power lines and over my house, and they were able to do it safetly with no issues or concerns. Their pricing was the best a large margin. Highly recommend using this crew.

I originally got in contact with Tim last year when a storm knocked a tree down in my yard. His price was competitive and he and his crew were able to take care of it in a couple hours and my yard was probably cleaner after he left than before the tree fell. While he was there, I asked for a quote to take down two rotted willows in my yard that I've been putting off for years. They are in what is essentially swamp for 9 months a year, making large equipment (and even relatively small equipment) impossible to use. Though we hit a few road blocks due to weather, Tim kept me updated every step of the way and ultimately he and his crew were able to get both trees down and cleaned up months sooner than I expected. I definitely recommend Trapp Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal.

Tim helped us with some big trees that were blocking our driveway after a storm. I was very impressed with his attention to safety. He had full gear and helmet on with eye protection. We really appreciate his kindness in helping us have a clear path. We will certainly use his services in the future.

Tim was extremely responsive and friendly. I messaged him in the morning on 4/7 and he responded back later that day and even came to take a look. Our honey locust was hovering over the garage that was going to have work done on so I let him know it would be preferred if we could get it done as soon as possible. His quote was extremely reasonable and he even offered to take down one of the smaller dying trees across from the locust since it’s branches were sitting on it - for FREE. Who does that?!

We got on the schedule Friday 4/15 (today) and they got the job done! Fast, super friendly, and they cleaned up the yard. Would def recommended. 10/10
