Great overall service by Brad and his team. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for my carpets. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job.

Brad arrived right on time, and gave us a courtesy update to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job getting our rugs clean and refreshed. I especially liked the fact that they dried quickly after being cleaned. I will definitely be calling P&R again!

Brad is the man! No stain is too tough for him! He was on time, super friendly, and very thorough. I could tell from the start he doesn't mess around when it comes to his craft. If carpet cleaning was in the Olympics, Brad from P & R would be taking dubs for sure.

Great experience all around. First meeting for quote was on time and price was reasonable. Salesman Brad was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had all of our carpet cleaned (3 levels) and it was done with care and quickly. They laid blankets down, shoe covers, even sealed the door as they worked. Would certainly use again

Spent quite a bit of time texting with Jeff to verify that our area was serviced, and that our cleaning needs could be met. Went through the hassle of having Jeff come over for a walk through. Gave us our quote. Had the first clean. He promised to get back to me about getting us another clean in 4-5 weeks. He didn't contact me. I texted him multiple times to follow up. He finally responded that he'd get back to me when he was in the office. Days later he still didn’t respond. Finally got a hold of him, just to be told that we're a bit far away. We're 15 minutes from the town he lives in.

We love this company. This company cleans our commercial space and our offices. They are always polite, timely, and they do a great job. Our space has never been cleaner. Highly recommend.

WORST cleaning business you could ever hire. Owner , Jeff Hundsrucker is unprofessional, uses the Cheapest cleaning products that leaves a residue and Gross odor after cleaning, he often hires ‘single mothers’ as his employees and has been known to take advantage of them; seems to be more interested in ‘how fast’ a job can get done because he pays by the hour instead of ACTUAL QUALITY WORK.
My carpets were left with stains, blamed on their “shoes” on the way out- with a foul odor left behind.
What a Gross business. Do Not Hire!

BEWARE - We hired Jeff, a friend, so we thought, to do an epoxy garage floor. He said his company has done these plenty of times and we could save a lot of money. The whole process was painful and took several months. We found out that he used an indoor product instead of an outdoor product, in addition to his incompetent employees. They obviously had never done this before. Within months it started turning yellow and the more the garage door was open, the more yellow it became. We didn't think we needed to ask a friend for a warranty but we should have. We paid him over 3000.00 cash for it and only asked for 1900.00 back. He only gave us 1000.00 back. We should have gotten all of it back! We hired another company who had it done in 3 hours instead of 2 months and charged us 1900.00 and it now looks fabulous! Stay away from Dust Til Dawn Cleaning!!

They treat our home like it's their own, and it shows in every visit. They clean for us three times a month, and in the rare instances when something wasn't quite right, they addressed our concerns promptly, professionally, and without hesitation. That's the kind of service that’s hard to find.

Beyond taking great care of our homes, Dust 'til Dawn has also handled several large commercial projects for us. One of the biggest was a massive warehouse we purchased that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 1970s. When they were done, it was spotless from top to bottom. They’ve also handled floor strip sealing, waxing, and deep cleans for a variety of spaces — always with the same attention to detail and pride in their work.

Based on my recommendation, several friends have hired them too — and now they’re loyal customers as well.

Jeff has been a long time cleaner for our commercial properties. We absolutely recommend his services to all of our tenants and I have personally used him as well. Very good job always and extremely reasonable. We also use him for new construction cleaning and Jeff is always very quick to respond and accommodating to get it cleaned in a timely manner for the homeowners. He does a fantastic job and we are always very happy with the finished project! Easy to work with and great results every time!

I used them to clean all beds in spring and help trim shrubs and tress. The crew did a great job and I would use them again.

Didn't contract with them ... Horrible experience even getting a quote. Eric was a complete @$$hole and offered no opinion when trying to figure out what needed to be done at our house. He was standoffish, didn't acknowledge all family members, and said we could "possibly" have their business card. The one other 5 star rating was totally misleading ... STAY AWAY!!!

I called yesterday, they came yesterday to give me a quote. We agreed on the price. They came today and did a great job!

Super young guy that still has a bunch to learn in terms of the industry, techniques, etc. Was less than transparent and was not even close to competitive. Would absolutely suggest going with a different option. This guy lied about the project pricing and simply did not know what he was doing. Hoping these guys can improve all around because otherwise they will not last in this industry.

**THEY WANTED 4K MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL BID (WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALL-IN) THEY ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THE BLOCK WOULD COST MORE IN ADDITION TO THE NEW PRICE. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME AN ALL-IN RATE INCLUDING THE STONE.** HAD TO PUT THIS OUT THERE, SINCE THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITHOUT THE ACTUAL FACTS.

**THE NEW RATE HAD A MASSIVE INCREASE FOR NO REASON TO BE CLEAR. NOTHING HAD CHANGED IN TERMS OR PROJECT DETAILS/SPECS. OUT OF THE BLUE, THE PRICE NEEDED TO GO UP BY $4,000 + THE COST OF STONE, LOL.

KEEP IN MIND THIS FOR A SMALL RETAINING WALL, NOT A HOUSE OR SOMETHING CRAZY.

Kelvin and his team are the only people we use for our snowplowing and landscape needs. They are reasonable with their pricing, incredibly detailed and reliable and knock every ask we have out of the park! You will not be disappointed with their service!

Kelvin responded quickly and came by to take a look at our project. We asked about a thatch, and they fit that in within a few days. We had some huge bushes that we wanted removed and his crew did a great job assessing the best way to get that done without damage to existing hardscaping. They came by one day and chain-sawed them off and a few days later they ground out the roots. All three times they were here, they were friendly, efficient, and cleanup was excellent! Great job Kelvin!

Kelvin and his crew worked tirelessly preparing and mulching 3 large areas in my backyard. The results are amazing and we are very, very pleased. Will never use any other landscaping service for our residence.

Kelvin and is team did an outstanding job edging out and mulching a huge area around some lilac bushes and trees for me. Kelvin was punctual, communicative, and thorough in completing the job in a very timely matter. I plan on using Kelvin’s Landscaping again and recommend him to anyone looking for landscaping needs.
