Brad did an excellent job with both rooms, which needed some tender loving care. He explained the process that wool carpets need and was very thorough. I would definitely use them again.

The crew was so professional, explained what they were going to do and the expectation of removing stains. They covered all the hardwood flooring before starting and were respectful of our home. The job was FANTASTIC!! WILL DEFINITELY USE P&R again and would recommend them to family and neighbors.

The technician arrived promptly, listened as I explained the job, and answered my questions. He took a lot of care in protecting other floor surfaces. He was thorough, careful and very pleasant in his manner.

Had a rug that i loved... lots of history with puppies eating the flowers and me making and attaching new ones. The edges were pretty dirty as by the patio door where dogs came in and out. Photo shows pre- cleaning. Will post another with the clean rug

They cleaned it and did a fabulous job. It looks so great I actually put it in a prime location in my new place.

P&R did a wonderful job of cleaning 2 rooms, hallway, stairs and landing, upholstery of 3 chairs and 2 ottomans. We are very pleased with the results.

Jess answered the phone at P&R Cleaning and provided expert help with my water overflow problem following a heavy rain. I had already removed the carpet, pad and sections of drywall. I needed the next step of verifying that my basement was drying properly. I was scheduled the same day. Joe arrived on time with a professional attitude ready to help. We walked through the damaged area, and his outstanding experience gave me the reassurance everything was drying okay and provided additional information to improve the area. I look forward to their help as I move into the next phase of the repair.

Dakota did an amaizing jib of carpet and sofa cleaning. He arrived on time and took care to cover floors going down to living room. He was knowledgeable about cleaning producs and did a very thorough. They are my go yo for cleaning needs. Thank you.

P&R Cleaning is absolutely wonderful. I am more than satisfied with every cleaning they have ever done in my home as well as in client's homes. They have been able to remove stains others have not been able to remove. Most recently I have experienced their service in a basement with water. Again, they were fantastic in expertly taking care of the situation-Joe and his team are truly experts in this area and made it stress free.
