Kyle and Chris were wonderful. They went above and beyond on our yearly furnace and water heater checks. One of our bathroom faucets was running slow and Kyle fixed it for me. Chris checked our ductwork and dryer vent to make sure they were free of lint and dust when he cleaned and checked the furnace. I would recommend Austin.

We had a wall leak in our bedroom, and a shower tower install done. Pete did both. He was very knowledgeable. Explained the process thoroughly. And was exceptionly good at his craft. We felt very comfortable with his work.

Don and Keegan of Austin Plumbing were polite, professional and men of integrity in offering their services when our hot water heater went down, a 'singing' toilet quieted and water softener past its prime. Highly recommend!

Thank you Joe S and the entire team at Austin. Noticed furnace not working well on Thursday morning and had a visit by early afternoon. Bad sensors repaired under original warranty, and we are back warm and toasty. Highly recommend.

Garrett, Austin Plumbing electrician arrived on time. He reviewed the work order with me and answered my questions. As a result, we made a few revisions based on my actual needs. He installed multiple smoke/CO detectors and then walked me through each one. He was professional and friendly. A good customer experience!

I used this company for years and spent more than thirteen thousand dollars for a variety of services.

They recently came to do annual plumbing maintenance on my home. While here I had the tech look at a simple water split project under my sink. He explained it was far more complex than just splitting a line and adding a t-valve and quoted more than $500 for the add on project.

I had trusted this company to be fair so I trusted that the expert knew more and I did and I approved the work (believing that the project was more complex than I gave it credit for). Ten minutes later the tech came to tell me he was done.... He split the pipe and added one valve.

Then, management insisted I pay the full bill; even though I was mislead by the tech. I am shocked they would treat a longtime customer this way. I will never do business with them again.

Below is a pic of $500 worth of plumbing... Keep in mind there was no special trip here. They were here for maintenance that is an additional reoccurring cost.

Had the pleasure of having Tony & Colton from Austin take care of installing a new HVAC system in our house. This repair was our first big investment into our new home, so we feel so fortunate for the level of care that they provided us. They answered any and all questions that we had, were cautious and kind with our pets, and took care of problems quickly & efficiently. Both men are an asset to Austin. It would be so great if each contractor we hired gave us as exemplary of service as Colton, Tony & the entire Austin crew.

Amazing experience working with Joe, Tony, Colton and Garrett. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, honest and overall good guys. They cranked out a double furnace/double ac unit replacement and conversion into a new single furnace and new single ac unit, along with a new humidifier and smart thermostat in two days. Tony fabricated custom duct work and it turned out looking so clean. They made sure the work was done and pulled two consecutive ten hour days to meet the two day deadline that was communicated to us in the beginning. Can’t recommend and thank these fellas enough, they are all big assets to the company!

Darren K arrived today right on time. Wonderful representative of Austin Plumbing! He was very thorough, he went over everything with me so I understood. I’ve used Austin Plumbing before and they were five star then I’m sure this will be a five Star contract also.

Troy was so friendly. He installed my furnace and explained everything to me. He was very neat and had everything cleaned up when he finished. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. I am definitely happy with Austin Heating. Troy deserves 5 stars!

Always get quotes from multiple providers.
We have a 70's ranch w/well and pressure tank. We noticed a slow drip at the T-fitting on the galvanized lateral pipe into our house. My wife met Austin's sales guy (said he was a plumber) and he explained that galvanized pipes are troublesome and we'd need to install a new lateral by excavating our front sidewalk. He then pushed on the pressure tank and told her it was heavy, which meant it was failing and would need replacing. All in, he gave us a written quote over $10,000 to fix this slow drip!
We then called another local plumbing company and they sent a service tech the next day. I explained what we were told and he said he had high confidence that he could replace the fitting and if the pipe crumbled he had other ways to address it. He worked for about an hour and half a and repaired the issue! He tested the pressure tank and found it to be fully functional. $500 is what he charged, saving us more than $10k.

I do not recommend this company for drainage issues. I was a returning customer. This time, they sent a very friendly, but inexperienced technician to diagnose/fix an issue that he was not able to diagnose nor fix. I was charged $650.00 for just over two hours of snake work, and then the technician boldly recommended that I contact Roto Rooter. I was left without the ability to run water nor utilize septic facilities.

Apprehensively, I called Roto Rooter. Roto Rooter diagnosed and fixed the issue in just over 30 minutes.

I contacted the management team at Austin to discuss the fact that nothing was remedied and that the cost seemed extreme. We reviewed the technician's notes together and discussed my concerns. In short, the manager blamed me for not understanding their processes. He arrogantly refused to accept any blame. The manager then accused me of not being truthful, and said that he needed to speak with his technician in order to corroborate my 'story'. If he felt I was telling the truth, then he would consider offering me a discount on services already tendered. I never received a phone call.

After the discussion with the manager, I now understand that this company is understaffed, inefficient and doesn't necessarily care about customer satisfaction.

I support local companies but not this one. They were right about one thing...when dealing with drainage issues, call Roto Rooter.

Cannot say enough good thing about these guys. I have a pretty unique and challenging setup at my condo where the AC and Furnace were in really difficult to work places. I had three different HVAC companies come out and look at the job and all of them passed on the job due to the complexity.

The guys at Austin saw the job and tackled it head on. They sent a small army out to get rid of the old equipment and did a flawless installation on the new furnace, water heater and A/C unit. I've dealt with probably 8 or 9 employees from the company and every one of them was kind and professional and takes their job seriously with pride. The communication, scheduling and work that they did was very professional and I'm extremely happy with the job that they did.

If I could give - ☆ i would. Called Austin's on a Saturday 650.00 to come out. Sat here for hours accomplished nothing. Told us to buy space heaters and they'll send us estimates on how much it would cost to fix. Called another company within a hour of arrival we had heat and was charged less then Austin's did. This company is a joke. 4 hours and 650.00 to tell us where to buy space heaters. 300.00 for the other great fantastic company to fix our heat in an hour.

Troy did an excellent job installing our new water heater yesterday. When he was done, he walked me through everything he did. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly!

Todd did such a good job first time he came back and did more for me. Todd was on time, polite, explained everything he did and went over to ensure I understood. Wonderful employee. Would recommend his help and Austin to anyone needing their services

He’s a great conversationalist, very personable and professional who did a top notch job listening to our concerns and needs prior to offering multiple informative solutions both verbally and in writing. We recently moved to the area and I am so happy to have had someone recommend Austin Heating & Cooling. Don was extremely knowledgeable, with over 25 years experience, and answered all my questions thoroughly and in an easily understandable manner. I am happy to learn all the services that Austin can provide for homes, including plumbing, electrical related issues, generator services, tune ups, water heater draining, etc. because I will be calling them again when the need arises. They do quality work you can trust is done right!
