Carson was extremely knowledgeable and a good source of information regarding our well pump and other plumbing issues. He did an excellent job and is a conscientious, hard worker. He is courteous, and friendly. We enjoyed meeting him and would highly recommend him.

Rich and his team members were exactly on time, Polite and educated me on all the details of my system that I needed to know. They gave me honest suggestions and were not pushy on trying to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I am a new customer of Austin's and so far I am highly satisfied!

Austin Plumbing Heating Air & Electric to the rescue! We woke up on a very cold winter morning to a seized well water pump, failing pressure tank, and NO WATER!! I called Austin as soon as they opened and was quickly put at ease that they could help us SAME DAY! By 7:30am they already had Dylan on his way. He was able to get a solution within the hour and Chris brought the well truck. Dylan and Chris worked all day in the cold to get us squared away. My husband and I are quite pleased with the rapid response, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable technicians, and the fact they could offer same-day service, even at a time when call volume is high due to the frigid weather. We are first-time customers and will definitely continue to hire Austin in the future. I highly recommend! I have been a recurring customer of Austin Plumbing for many years & have ALWAYS been very happy with their service & today was no exception. Today I had scheduled my yearly plumbing inspection which was performed by Carson C. He spent a good deal of time checking all the plumbing areas in my condo for any foreseeable issues & thankfully found none. I appreciated his expertise & knowledge & can now rest easy knowing things are presently working as they should be. I also know that if in the future a problem should arise, I can call Austin & they will resolve it effectively & efficiently.
I highly recommended then & also highly recommend taking advantage of the yearly inspection they offer.

Today we had a leaky water softener that Pete E was quickly able to detect was the issue. He was very informative throughout the process. He was very kind and respectful, he was great to just chat with and is very knowledgeable in his field! He answered all my random questions I had about the water softener. I highly recommend Austin plumbing.

Called them because my water heater went out, they sent Troy over same day to access the situation. Replacement was necessary so Troy put together a reasonable cost to install an new water heater the very next day & best part is they warranted all their equipment they use through their services. Thanks much Austin!

Todd came to our home to check several of our mechanicals as part of our membership with Austin. He was to check our water heater, furnace April Air. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and worked diligently - multiple times giving me updates on where he was at in the job. He also gave a heads up when he was going to check the thermostats in different areas of the house. In addition, he also reached out to his colleague to help set up an additional appt we needed. His notes were detailed and photos were helpful. Would highly recommend!

Extremely responsive as our basement flooded due to a backed up wastewater pipe. Luke K. was our technician. He was 10/10 across the board. Super friendly, took time to answer questions, diagnosed the issue, and was just overall a really nice guy. Would absolutely go through them again.
