Austin was able to have Don come the very next morning to inspect our water heater and replace it within a few hours. Don’s recommendations were great and he took care of the install and removal. I highly recommend team Austin and Don. They will take great care of you!

We had no hot water and contacted Austin Plumbing and scheduled the repair on their website. This was an easy process and received immediate acknowledgment and reminders. Don showed up promptly on Monday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. Don explained the issues answered all our questions and the choices we had to get it working again. Don did the repair, cleaned up and we had hot water shortly afterward. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Team Austin is definitely fortunate to have Don on their team.

I had a new furnace installed after my 27-year old unit was nearing its “end of service.” The technicians were here for eight hours and demonstrated a high level of expertise, courtesy and service excellence.

Austin was very responsive to my furnace issue. Another large company in the area didnt call me back for 2 hours (called at 7 a.m. on a weekday when they were opened). Todd, the tech, was a super nice guy and pointed out some other small things that needed minor adjustment.

Shady fees. They wouldn't give pricing over the phone. Instead, they charged us $99 to come visit and give pricing for stabilizing a rocking toilet. It turns out they have a fixed price for each service that's unrelated to actual time spent, so this expensive preliminary visit wasn't even necessary. The representative told me the fixed pricing for the actual work would be about $900 (assuming a new flange was needed), although they would refund the $99 fee for the initial visit. So, a net cost of about $800 for a job the representative agreed could take about an hour. I said I wanted time to check other plumbers before deciding, and the representative seemed put out by this, saying I needed to agreed to pay the $99 visit fee right away if I didn't agree to the work. I give him my credit card to resolve the $99 and be done, but he presented a written legal document with who-knows-what fine print, which I refused to sign. Just take the $99 payment and go-- I shouldn't need to sign ANYTHING! I'm very unhappy with this experience.

Pete was very informative about the different aspects of our water softener installation, repair of our water heater and sump pump installation. Everything is working great, and I’m very pleased with the professional manner of his work and cleanup afterwards.

There was a lot to do in my older house after we moved in. The necessary work to fix everything bothered me at first. Don was good about answering my questions about the equipment and costs. I appreciated this . And the work they did to install a well running quality system made our house much better. After they finished they explained everything again and labeled the various valves to switch off if a problem occurred. They did good work and gave us long term dependable products .

Sam and the team were great to work with. After looking at my situation they suggested a much better solution that didn't end up with a job for them. It's great to work with a group not trying to upsell. Highly recommend Austin.

We had Austin working with us for a few years, maintaining our boiler system and we were satisfied with their work and had no complaints. BUT their interaction with us concerning our recent "no heat" problem in November, 2025 with our 10 year old boiler was very frustrating and of no help. We have since stopped using their services.

Austin maintenance package is well worth the cost per peace of mind ratio! I trust that my furnace will be operational for years to come by giving it a little love on an annual basis. Troy couldn’t have been more professional while also making the human connection that makes a customer feel valued.

Colton and his co worker did an above and beyond job installing our new furnace and fixing things they found along the way. He was at our home from 8am to 8pm on New Years Eve making sure the furnace install was perfect, and was such a positive and helpful person. Highly recommend!

Have used Austin twice now and couldn’t be happier with their service. So trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Both times they came out to the house same day and got me out of a tough situation with failed appliances! A+ will use them everytime.

Don did a great job with installation. He was professional and fast. Covered all areas that they entered with tarp so no dirt in house. I would recommend Don to anyone needing a plumber.

Troy was very efficient and gave me some ways to save money with our furnace. He gave me a good recommendation regarding a possible issue with our furnace, as well. He was very personable and explained his findings clearly.

Next door app was right. All they do is replace things. They dont fix much. Insane prices. Their creepy salesman came into my house and while he was downstairs alone he put these HUGE stickers that are peel proof all over everything that had a fitting or water went through. Irritating to no end. I just bought this house and some creep wandered all over the basement and posted advertising EVERYWHERE. We called in a competitor and priced the work Austin did and they were much cheaper and not creepy. The quote we got for additional services also was much much cheaper. They try to be professional but come off as super pushy and charge for things that are outrageous to say the least. The only way they can come back in is to remove all the giant stickers they didn't get permission to slap all over my basement. I know it may sound petty but I have a really nice basement and now it looks like a billboard. It will take forever to peel these off. Thanks Austin!

They do a great job of communicating when the technician is on the way along with a tracking app so you know when to expect him.

Carson C. was our tech today and he was awesome. We have a club membership so this was.an annual plumbing inspection. They check everything, drain the water heater, check the pressure tank, and check all sinks, tubs, and toilets. Well worth it for $10 a month.

Carson kept me informed on everything he was doing the whole time. We even got to talk about motorcycles!

Colton did a great job on the new furnace installation. Explained everything to us thoroughly and we are very happy with our new unit. So glad to have the piece of mind that Austin gives us with the club. They stay on top of all of our HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
