We have a home warranty and the service calls go to Modern Appliance Service. We have had excellent service every time. This last time, our fridge went out. They called on a Monday and were able the come out Tuesday morning. The tech Ken, called when he was on his way and arrived within the window of time scheduled. He was quick and efficient and had our fridge running again within a half an hour. This is a great company with great service.

Absolutely terrible. This company has completely stopped responding to phone calls (I've left about 4 voicemails now) in regards to fixing my refrigerator that I've been working with them on for over 6 months. Claimed a fan was replaced but not totally sure that it was. Extremely disappointed & would not recommend to anyone.

Modern Appliance Services came to my house to repair my Dish Washer, in the process he said it needed a drain line replacement. After replacing the drain line, he either didnt test or notice that the pump was dropping water which is something that should have been checked after changing a drain line. My kitchen floor got damaged with water to the point my basement ceiling was leaking water when ever the dishwasher was used. Picture are attached. I called him to complain he claimed it is not his responsibility but that of my warranty company.

Multiple experiences; no complaints. I think the complaints come from these appliances breaking down sooner than we'd like because the manufacturers, like LG, don't use quality parts anymore.

Absolutely terrible! My one star is actually a negative 10 stars. The technician indicated that my oven needed two parts. After waiting two weeks, I called and was told that they were having trouble finding the parts. Again, after not hearing from them, I left messages which were never returned. I ending up going with a reputable company who fixed the issue. Avoid Modern Appliance (They don't ) Service!!!

They handled our repair quicker than the time it took to file the claim with LG. Ken impressed my son with his professionalism and efficiency. We thought that the fridge would be down for a week. From the time we got in touch till the fridge was fixed took 3 business days. One was the diagnosis, the second waiting for parts and done fixing on the third. Very happy.

My brother in law ordered a wash machine and it took forever to get there and when it did come there was a noise when they tryed it out. He claimed the noise was because it was cold and to wait a hour or two. He waited 4 hours noise still there. When he came to look at it he said he would have to order a special wrench that he didn't have. The lastest is he will need a new wash tub before he could use it.

Zach was very timely, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend his services!

Zak did a nice job installing a bath light, wall outlets and other tasks. He was quick and courteous . Give the young man credit for having skills in demand. Starting his own company and doing the dirty work. Prices were not out of line and I would rather support an independent, local business than the big boys. I would definitely use him again.

On time, work done well with good cleanup afterwards, much appreciated.

So respectfully, hard working. I’ll be calling again for my next project !

I had Zack add ceiling lighting to two rooms that didn’t previously have them. He did a great job and was done quickly. He actually did better placement for the lights and switches than what we had in our other rooms.

When our Christmas lights tripped the circuit and stopped working, Braunschweig Electric came out immediately. Zach traced the problem to a faulty connection and got everything running beautifully again! He is kind, professional and talented. We will definitely use him for all of our future projects and recommend his services to our friends and family!
