JRB Electric installed a 20kW KOHLER WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR for us in February 2022. They were meticulous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. They did comprehensive electrical work inside and outside, gas line plumbing (also inside and outside) and generator placement that required a backhoe to level the frozen ground. JRB is a ***GOLD LEVEL*** Kohler Power dealer for sales, service and installation serving all of southeastern Wisconsin.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took 5 months to get on the schedule after committing to the project and writing a check for a down payment of almost $7,000 dollars. I really started to worry ***BUT*** their workmanship was incomparable once they finally got here. Bob, Leif and Jason were all amazing tradesmen and really know their stuff. They worked long days without any down time and they are all wonderful people who deserve your business.

Jason and his staff at JRB Electric did a great job installing my Kohler generator. Installation was completed in 1 day and the generator has already prevented several loss of powers at our home. I do recommend JRB if you are interested in a standby generator.

JRB are a bunch of hacks and should not be in business. They installed a Kohler Generator at our house 4+ years ago, never registered the product for warranty, and now I we have out of pocket cost due to their inability to do their jobs properly. JRB ran the gas line illegally, tore up our yard with a frontend loader and never repaired, and never mounted the generator to the pad. Not once in 4+ years have they followed up on their work, as they said they promised, and do not respond to calls or emails. This clown show need to go out of business. I have filed complaints with Kohler, the BBB, and am looking into legal action against these people. Stay away from JRB Electric.

Finished Basement job including all electrical needed. Wired Bathroom fan, lights, switches, & outlets. Wired 30+ electrical outlets. Several multi way switches. A ton of can lights. They did a great job and were very professional. All done to code.

Reason for 3 stars is after several weeks of trying to get them to come back to finish the job after drywall, they were "too busy". Spoke with the owner several times, only to get the same "too busy" response. So we had to go with another company to come out and finish his work. We would have liked it to all be done by the same company. Makes me wish I would have just went with a different company for the whole job.

Jason was great. Came out next day for an estimate and worked us into his schedule quickly. Very reasonable price also. Would definitely recommend and use again.

If you decide to use PMW in any way - just keep an eye on the material costs when you get your invoice - it might be kinda high because they have to make up for the losses when their daughters steal it & turn it into the scrap yards for cash.

We have used Gary for years. Our old AC unit finally gave up the ghost when temps hit close to 100, no problem. They had a new unit in stock, scheduled call, showed up @ 8:30, installed new unit, gone before lunch.

Our ac went out on the 2nd floor. Called them immediately and received same day service.
Tony came out and easily fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing, was very professional and very nice.

Unethical business practices. My husband diagnosed an issue with our furnace and called this business to get a part. They assured us that couldn't be the issue and sent a tech. The tech found that my husband's diagnosis was correct and replaced the part. This resulted in a $198 service call. They would have gotten the money for their grossly marked up part making it a win for everyone. Instead they lost any future calls from us.

Unfortunately do to this pandemic I cant really afford to pay anybody for a service call on my broken down furnace, however, when I do get back to working regularly, I will without a doubt be taking my buisness here. Gary is the gentleman I've been speaking with and he has been so awesome. Knowing that my heat is out and i cant afford to pay for it he has loaned us some space heaters until we can get this figured out. He didnt have to do that. But he did. It shows that this place cares for their customers well being and that is everything to me.

Our small local business in Slinger has been using Jackson Hardware, Heating, & A/C for over 10 years now. They're the most responsive out of ANY contractor or company and will always get the job done! They are definitely our go to business for heating and a/c and one of the most trustworthy businesses out there!

Honest, hardworking, and efficient! I had a furnace repair done last year, and they told me the furnace was almost at her end. I did not want to bite the bullet at that time, but they were surely correct. It died this week, and they came and replaced the furnace and thermostat.

As a a single woman, I didn't feel them being condescending as they described issues, and explained the new furnace I would be getting. They did not try and upsell me to something I didn't need. They also cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I would strongly recommend Gary and his crew. "Tell them, "Jill Maria sent you!" :)

Called multiple HVAC repair companies in the area. Jackson Hardware was at my house within the hour of my call! Gary showed up and got to work immediatley. He fixed the problem in munites, but took the time to check the entire system. It was a minor repair and the value of the cost of repair was fair, especially what the other repair companies were quoting over the phone. Would recommend them for anything related to HVAC.

Our A/C stopped working, I called and Gary called back in 15 minutes. He came over and had our system working within a half an hour. These are some of the nicest people that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend this company.
