They removed the old roof, skylight and gutters quickly and efficiently. Installed a new skylight and composite shingle roof, covered the soffits and fascia with aluminum. The second day it started raining just as they began installing the gutters but since it was Friday before a long weekend they stayed and installed the gutters in the rain. That is commitment and excellent customer service. Everything looks great.

What started as 1 custom door quote quickly turned into 3 exterior door updates. Having inherited and experienced the added security of a 3 point Therma-Tru locking system from a past property, the available option here made it an easy upgrade for me (👋 big quality + security fan). I knew the doors were a necessary update to our 123 year old farmhouse but I was very concerned about maintaining the operation and aesthetic of the 100+ year old antique doorbell. Ben assured me he would personally oversee the design and install. He also patiently answered my 1,001 questions and it was a fun fact to learn about his mechanical engineering degree and background. I knew the doorbell and my investment was in good hands with Installers Now after our initial meeting - who knew doors could be so fun! The entire Installers Now team was courteous, professional and SO polite (shoutout Ivan). You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and I am sure we will use Installers Now for all our windows, siding and roofing future projects. I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses and collaborating with a solid group of good humans is a welcome bonus. Installers Now exceeded our expectations when installing a new roof on our home. I recently had new windows installed on my duplex and was very pleased with the quality of work and the end result. Not only did they have the most reasonable price but they went above and beyond their original scope of work.

As with any project, there was a slight hiccup along the way, but what stood out to me was how quickly and professionally it was addressed once brought to their attention. They took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service.

Throughout the entire process, it was a pleasure working with the Heins Contracting team. Adam did a great job of showing us options and helping select our new windows, he was knowledgeable with the product, and was easy to work with. The field team did a fantastic job, their work was meticulous, and the finished product looks great. The project manager, Colton did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the project and going over everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure that every detail was perfect. Having worked in contracting my entire career I know how much effort goes into executing projects at that level. Hats off to your entire team, you guys will certainly be my first call the next time I have a project!

Our town was hit with a hail storm that did a lot of damage I glad we picked Heins to repair the extensive damage to our home. JD Joshua Blair and Brian were all courteous and dedicated to customer satisfaction The crews worked oftentimes when the temp was +90 degrees with dedication and a common goal of customer satisfaction. They were very upfront about costs and timing. They called ahead and then showed up when they said they would. 1 small issue, but a phone call and they fixed it/finished/ addressed concern. No one is ever happy to replace a roof… but I am satisfied!

Right after install I had a couple of issues with my AC and internet, and the project manager Joshua came to my home within an hour to help diagnose and correct the issues. I was very impressed with every step of the process. DJ did an excellent job with estimating, coordinating dates and materials and working with insurance company. The roofing crew did an amazing clean up job. There were at least 6-8 people combing the perimeter for nails and trash. Roof was done in one day and gutters the next.

Crew was extremely efficient and hard working. Did an excellent job while siding the house. Only concern was the venting of water heater. In attaching vent they pulled pipe off heater causing carbon dioxide to be vented into basement. Plumber called and corrected deficiency.

Heins came out to give us a quote on 3 replacement windows. He never made it seem like the job too small for them being "only 3 windows". Brandon was very personable, easy to talk to. Brandon inquired as to why we wanted them replaced. After discussing it became apparent our windows were just fine, we had a humidity issue. While we did not end up replacing windows, we did gain a very trustworthy company for future home projects. Brandon cared enough about us as people to be honest about our issue rather than make a sale. I cannot stress how much we appreciate his honesty. Any company who puts the person ahead of the sale is a first class business!
