Heins completed a full roof tear off and replacement of the plywood underneath the roofing and then installation of a new roof and gutter guards so I will never need to clean gutters again. The Heins crew arrived at my house when they said they would be there and completed the project late in the same day. The house looks beautiful and the new roof will look good for many years. Zach Tidd from Heins gave me a straightforward bid on my roofing project and everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Had Heins out to replace our roof. It went so smooth I was impressed. All the guys showed up early, material showed up right after they started and the Project Manager Chase was on the job from the start till the finish. He made sure everything was completed and done correctly. Very happy with our roof, and the fact they went above and beyond and replaced about 30 sheets of osb on the roof to ensure our roof will be good for another 30+ years.

Heins Contracting replaced 60 windows for my organization. They worked around our tricky schedule, even coming in on weekends and a holiday. Their prices are competitive and our building looks great!

Matt was an amazing person to work with during this process especially in the beginning when we had issues with the insurance adjuster. The crew that was here was amazing. They picked up after themselves very well. The roof looks amazing. You guys are an awesome company. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you Matt and Heinz Construction for everything that you did for us.

As the president of this association I just wanted to give a shout out to Heins Contracting for a job well done.

We had an amazing experience with them for our condo association’s full roof replacement across all four buildings. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and always kept us in the loop. They helped coordinate the work smoothly with our residents, ensuring minimal disruption. Bryan the owner personally confirmed that everything was cleaned up afterwards and came back again after some of our owners noticed some minor debris left behind.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would strongly recommend Hiens Contracting to the owners of our association and to anyone else in our community looking for high-quality roofing work.

Thank you Bryan and the entire Heins Team!!!

Heins Contracting/Roofing, Gutters and Downspouts in our case was great to work with. We felt very comfortable dealing with them from the sale/quote to start to the completion of the project. Kyle(Sales) and Derek(Project Supervisor) were involved with the work and made sure we were happy. I can't say enough about both the roofing crew and the gutter and downspout crews as they were first rate! Both crews made sure any small details we had a choice about were offered onsite and done to our satisfaction. The roofers were here first thing and ready to work, and stayed till the evening when they cleaned up everything, job completed. The gutter crew also came to work and had the same work ethic! We are very happy with the look of the roof and the gutters also look great but with the recent downpours in our area they sure do the job directing the water away from our foundation! Thanks again to Kyle, Derek, and all the people on both crews, AMAZING JOB, also ALL extremely friendly! :)

Heins Contracting did our siding on our house, and detached garage in 1 day. They did an exceptional job and made sure we were totally satisfied before getting payment. Thank you for the great job, we love it.

Heins staff was prompt and very helpful. WE chose Heins because the did an excellent job on the roof for a previous owner of our home. We were extremely happyb with attention to detail and scheduling practice. The well organized and right-sized crew completed our job in one day. I did not post a photo, because the roof has a snow cover today. To sum up my comments, if in the future I need home repairs with a scope requiring external assistance, I would use Heins, and likely would not bother getting a bid from a competitor.

I would like to thank all of the Heins Contracting workers that worked on my house after the hail storm in Platteville. Lucca Svaldi asked if I would like him to be there when the insurance adjuster came. That really put my mind at ease to know I would have someone willing to help me through that process. He walked me through everything and was very willing to help and explain everything. Lucca was also a great help with working with my insurance company.
I would also like to thank Trae and crew for the hard work on my roof. They had it done fast and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. I am so happy with the way it turned out.
Thank you to Josh and crew for doing a great job on my siding and working late to get it done. I also got new gutters that look great. Josh also fixed a cupboard that came loose from the wall while they were putting on the siding. He took it home, repaired, and brought it back and put it back up.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to everyone. Thank you!

After having multiple bids, we chose Heins because we loved the company mission and overall professionalism we received from Adam during the quote process. We did have some communication issues throughout the project but the companies flexibility with slow insurance payments and ability to provide us with an amazing end product made up for it. The roofers did a great job cleaning up too. We love our new roof and gutters!

Heins Contracting did a great job replacing my walled-in, leaky transom window, installing proper flushing and fix sealing around my patio door. The result looks great, and I rest easy knowing I have a warranty on the work done. Brandon was great to work with, he gave a clear timeline, managed the different crews arriving at different days, was always available to answer questions/concerns and to do scheduling. The work teams did a thorough job end were very respectful of me and the property (they were polite, and they made sure everything is clean and protected inside, they did a thorough cleanup after the work). I’d work with this company again.

I had a very positive experience working with DJ Burris and Heins Contracting after experiencing hail damage to my roof and siding on my house. He was very thorough with inspecting the damage and explained the process of the quote. He also explained the process of dealing with the insurance adjuster and handled any issues we had with them. The crews provided by Heins were very professional and did great work. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their work ethics. The roofing, siding, and gutter crews all performed their work in minimal time and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished their job. They were pleasant to work with. I would whole heartedly recommend Heins to anyone needing home repairs.

There was some hiccups along the way but the work got done. I can and am glad to say the owner (Bryan) went out of his way to make a point to communicate with me in the end to listen about any and all concerns to make it right which shows and says that he does care about providing a good quality end result and wants to continually improve his business in ways that he can, when he’s able to. Which overall in the end lead to a positive experience and outcome. Thank you Bryan!

We want to thank Heins Contracting so much for doing such a great job on our house. We needed a new roof, new siding, new gutters, from hail damage and we decided that this was a good time to get new windows, too. It was a big job. Brian was so great to work with and if we had any questions, he always answered our calls, called us back right away, or even stopped in to discuss what we wanted, which I think is very important.

Joshua, the Project Manager and his crew for the siding project did such a great job, too. Our house isn't your normal house. It was built before 1908 and has a lot of detail and he made sure that the house continued to keep the original look while updating all the siding and trim. All the crews were very respectful.

Thank you all for your hard work making our house beautiful. We can't say enough about Heins Contracting on how easy and comforting, knowing that we would be taken care of with the upmost professional care. Thanks again!!

I live in a four unit condo building. Over the bad winter, the pipe in my attached garage had burst, leaking water into the mudroom/entrance area. This was the first time that I had experienced any kind of property damage, so as you can imagine, this was a very stressful time. Certi-Dry dropped by after hours, and upon request, they also checked out if there was any damage to my neighbor's property. I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism, the accommodations and kindness that Certi-Dry staff (Kandie, Tyrone, Jennifer) had showed me during this entire process. I especially wanted to thank Ricardo and his two other associates, who worked with me during the mitigation. Your insight, professionalism, knowledge and kindness was greatly appreciated. Words cannot begin to describe how thankful I am to you all, this was such a terrible time for me, but what made things easier was knowing that I was in such good hands. Thank you again!

We had our basement flood the day before Thanksgiving and Tyrone and his Team were quick to respond. The process began within hours of finding water in the basement and his entire team was respectful, considerate, and worked diligently to get the issue addressed and under control. We would highly recommend them in the future.

We live in Reedsburg and when we came home from work on a Wednesday afternoon we discovered that during the day our sump pump failed. As a result of this we had about 2 inches of water covering our basement floor. We were able to get our pump running again but were left with a mess to clean up. We contacted our home owners insurance agent to see if they had any suggestions on where we could find someone to help. They recommended Certi-dry. We called them at 4:30 PM and by 7:00 PM they were at our house. Within minutes they were sucking up water and cleaning things up. Over the course of the next two days they cleaned and dried the basement . I would highly recommend Certi-dry to anyone requiring this type of service. Very professional people and very prompt. Did an excellent job in cleaning up our mess and following up to make sure were satisfied.

Jim and his team did an outstanding job drying the water damage within my condo. They are very professional and easy to work with and will take the time to explain everything that they are doing and they have a lot of experience. Highly recommend Jim and this company!

A baseboard heating installation person inadvertently put a screw through the water line, causing water damage to floor and walls. Certi-Dry came to the rescue. They were AWESOME! They arrived ASAP to address the situation. Their employees were informed, knowledgeable, respectful, and did everything they said they would. Dave Meyer, Rick, Conner and others - THANK YOU!! This was my first experience with Certi-Dry and I would call again in a heartbeat!

Tyrone and his crew from certi-dry came when our basement flooded during the horrible rains 8/17/2018. They worked hard to get the job done considering the all flooding in surrounding area's. Certi-dry did a great job getting our basement clean, and they were very informative on what future measures we can take to prevent this from happening, and having proper coverage going forward. Thank you Certi-dry!! We appreciate all your hard work!

I would give this company 0 stars if it weren’t for the amazing crew members that came out ande cleaned everything out, but the management team let us down in more ways than one. We hired Certi-dry after a moderate sewage backup that took out most of our finished basement. They were very responsive initially and had a crew come out right away to help with sewage mitigation. They removed the sewage and removed floorboards and parts of the wall-as well as kept all our personal items clean and protected. They then sent the owner out to our home who I then felt talked down to me and preyed on my lack of knowledge and frankly, my being a woman. Asking about how much insurance would cover and saying it would all be fine when said and done, not the case. I had a pretty darn reasonable amount of coverage, but at the end of the day the amount for cleanup for my half finished basement was 2.5x what they quoted me. They insisted they be there when the insurance walkthrough was happening-it seems to squeeze anything they could out of my insurance policy. When it came to getting the invoice for the Mitigation costs I kept getting excuses for why it wasn’t ready. Fast forward 3 months and I had been bounced around everyone possible with promises of call backs to no avail. It wasn’t until I called once per day for a straight week that they made any movement. Promises for the invoice on the next business day was deemed fruitless. Again I had to BADGER them for the first part of the invoice and when it finally came through, I was given an entirely different customers invoice with PERSONAL identifying information sent to my inbox. Who knows who has MY personal info after this?! I received the correct invoice and this completely drained my insurance coverage, which was supposed to cover mitigation AND rebuild. Needless to say I did not use them for the rebuild and am now out any money to use to rebuild my basement. The invoice line by line is absolutely insane, $2000 for two fans for two days?!? And the fact that I had to waste my time calling multiple times a week for 3 whole months trying to get a mitigation invoice, ridiculous. Thank you to the workers who did a great job cleaning, but management needs a serious overhaul, up to the owner. They’ll take your money and run and expose your personal information. Look elsewhere.

EDIT: they’re claiming they reached out to me for 4 months regarding insurance issues not covering the work done, that was not the case. I received two texts, two emails, all within one week, and they were all in response to this review-not proactively before there was an issue on their company publicly. The insurance covered the mitigation in full no issues. Yet again not telling the truth.
