These people do not call, only email. They do not come when they say they will, cleaning is rushed and not complete. They would not arrange a time when i could be in the building so we gave them a key to our business and the security code. Only to find rushed cleaning jobs. Checked our security camera to find they came in at 3am for 30 min (the job should take 3_4 hours) when called out on it they scheduled a time to come make it right, did not show up. Now billing us for services we did not receive and refuse to give our key back.

They did a great job deep cleaning my apartment and were able to fit me in at the last minute after another cleaning service bailed. They were professional, helpful, and thorough!

Great service! Larry and Jacquelyne are very personable and dependable. They are also thorough and efficient cleaners. They do a great job in the bathrooms and kitchen. It would take me 3x as long to do what they do. I wish I had found them sooner!

Super disappointed in the lack of communication. I was looking to hire cleaners as I’m unable to do it myself at 38 weeks pregnant. I filled out the online form and didn’t hear back within 48 hours. Decided to call last Thursday to schedule a move out clean for 8:30am the following Monday(today). I reached out a few minutes after the scheduled clean to locate where to let their team in and was told they need to reschedule as a few members called in sick. Very inconvenient due to the time-sensitive nature of my lease ending. I wish there was communication before the scheduled time to inform me and not after they were expected.

Jacky did an awesome job, the quality of the cleaning was outstanding. We had Jacky do a move out cleaning, she removed the hard water stains in the stainless steel kitchen sink and left it gleaming! Stove, oven, fridge, toilets, sinks were all left immaculate. She took care of all the details, from the high ceiling fans to the baseboards. Exceptional job at a good value. I highly recommend her!

We work with cleaning companies before or after painting all the time. Over the years I’ve been through too many cleaning companies to name just to have to stop recommending them due to bad business, but Jaqueline and her team make even us look good because our clients are always happy, I’ve received plenty of thank you’s! Because of my referral to mystic cleaning, couldn’t chose better!
