I used the concierge service. The owner was responsive and professional. I had a complicated pick-up and drop-off with specific requirements from the charity I patronized. The service from this business was seamless and professional with this complicated task.

This is an outstanding company to work with for residential cleaning. The cleaning crew is efficient, meticulous, and always friendly. We worked with them for about a year for regular cleanings. The owner is open to all feedback and quickly addresses any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend!

I started using them earlier this year after finding them on Angies list to clean my duplexes when they turnover. They are responsive, do a great job and are on time. They ask you to check their work and if there is anything you think they missed or need to do over, they just take care of it. Prices are competitive.

Three staff come to my home every other Tuesday for 2 hours. They do an excellent job. When I desire something that needs special attention, it is done and done well. In some instances there is deep cleaning done. I would recommend this business to others.

Cheryl was extremely understanding about my inability to specify what I needed, other than to say I wanted the condo I had just bought to be cleaned. She has her own Move In / Move Out checklist that was very comprehensive. When she met for q quick 5 minute run through to give me a quote, she said there is a 3 hour minimum and she wasn't sure my condo needed that much work. It was nice to know she wasn't going to overquote me. After running her finger over some hard to reach places and finding dust, she said they could put 3 hours in without manufacturing any busywork. I trusted her with the door key and when i got home the condo looked like a suite at a nice hotel. Very impressed.

I have had the pleasure of having Cheryl and her team clean for me for over the last 8 years. Her attention to detail surpasses any other cleaning service I've had experience with. She uses top of the line cleaning products and accessories, which shows she doesn't even cut corners when it comes to purchases for her own company. Run, do not walk, to CCC! Called Cheryl on a Tuesday looking for possible deep cleaning of our home while my husband was gone on vacation. I knew it was short notice and wasn’t very optimistic about being able to be scheduled that week. Wow, was I wrong! Cheryl stopped by Tuesday afternoon and had her cleaning crew here for Wednesday and Thursday, getting our whole house cleaned like brand new! All of the women who worked in my house were phenomenal: Chrystal, Daisy, Rosa, and Maring. Thank you all and I look forward to continued monthly cleaning with your company.

I had a wonderful experience with Capital Cleaning & Concierge. I had some floors sanded and refinished but the guy who did it left a horrible mess of dust everywhere. It was uncomfortable to breathe in my house and I was worried about my kids' lungs. I called several companies but they said they couldn't get me in for many weeks. I called Capital Cleaning & Concierge. The owner listened to me explain my situation and understood the health risks of my children and I staying in our house in its current condition. She was very busy but managed to squeeze us in the very next day! The team that came over did a wonderful job and I felt comfortable living and breathing in my home again. I am forever grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Capital Cleaning provided house watch service for me for over a year and did a great job, including helping with extra things like dropping a package at the UPS store. Cheryl was very responsive whenever I had a special request like extra photos during the regular visit. I also had the house deep cleaned at the end of the year and it was a relief to have the house move-in ready! Thanks Cheryl!
