The job they do is simply GREAT! The communication beside the great work is amazing! David is extremely helpful and accommodating! He is great at working around your schedule and confirming what will exactly happen. They always leave a detailed note when they are finished and I look forward to their comments when I get home. Everyone is very easy to work with and I could not feel more comfortable with them being in my home. BEST cleaner I have every had.

Green Planet's team did an amazing job! They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. The house looked great and everything smelled incredibly fresh. Given my work schedule and yard chores, I have trouble making time for cleaning. My indoor allergies have gotten worse as a result. I should have called Green Planet Cleaning earlier!

Green Planet Cleaning set up a convenient time to inspect the house and carefully recorded what I wanted to have done initially and ongoing. They provided a detailed estimate of the work, which was quite acceptable. They provided a team which thoroughly and efficiently did the work, and leave a completed checklist every time. I am quite happy with the care that they take, and trust them with my home and pets. I have found that the discipline of keeping things in order and put away so that they can concentrate on cleaning makes my life much more enjoyable and the cleaning process very efficient and successful. Service declined significantly in the last 8 months or so - they were great for awhile. The cleaners themselves did a good job, but the business seems poorly managed. We had multiple cancellations in a row without rescheduling. The owner wouldn't respond to messages and then had confusing communications, for example, it's too cold so we can't do an interior clean today (??). With no notice, the owner has now decided to close the house cleaning side of the business. It's probably for the best given all of these issues.

Green Planet Cleaning has been one of the best household decisions I've made. I originally signed up for service while I was traveling on an extended business trip, and I loved the result so much that I've kept having the team come back every two weeks.

The team is thorough and always leaves a checklist of things they've done. No scented cleaners are used, and everything is sparkling. The owner, David, is friendly and accommodating. I look forward to coming home after work every two weeks to a clean house!

We first had Green Cleaning Planet do our apartment as a Christmas gift to ourselves. The three-member team was friendly, worked hard and did an excellent job. I was happy to get them to come back twice over the next two years. We continue to be pleased with their work. I highly recommend their service.

We just need them to clean the floors (hardwood and rugs) and the bathroom. They are always very polite and friendly and they so a great job. David, the owner, is a super nice guy and always responsive to our needs. They have also cleaned and sanitized my daughter-in-law's home. She is a cancer survivor times two who is immune compromised. Her home had to be super clean to make it safe for her return from the hospital. This is a remarkable company who uses environmentally safe products. They are second to none!

Helped clean my floors excellent service

So grateful for David's help! He got my wood floors clean when others wouldn't even try! His efforts meant more than the results, but I am ecstatic over results too! Carpets look great also!

This company, not just this office, is atrocious. I worked with them for a while. They would repeatedly leave things in the house, not clean what they were supposed to, leave my house unlocked, and even break things in the house. When I followed up, they said they would send their best crew. That single person arrived an hour late, didn't tell us, didn't finish the job, and then left a note from a manager offering sign off that the cleaning was complete and perfect. That note was sitting next to the note saying it wasn't done, despite being in my house for almost three hours. When I called the corporate office, I was told all they could do was email. Its honestly laughable.

Find someone else. This service is absolute trash.

I had them service my house house for about 6-7mo before I had to let them go. The cleaning itself was sufficient - there were some initial hiccups where I wasn't clear in my expectations and they had to come back a few times, but we worked it out and my house was cleaner than if I would have done it myself, so it was fine.

I did get frustrated with a scheduling issue. They email you the day before to let you know you're on the schedule. So I took my dog to daycare for the day and while she was there, I got an email that they were going to have to reschedule me for a different day. This would not have been an issue had I not already made alternate arrangements for my dog that day. They tried to make it right and offered me a 50% discount, which was fine, but it was pretty inconvenient.

The issue that made me need to switch companies was related to the privacy of my credit card information. I had made online payments, and to do so, my card was kept on file. I have text alerts from by bank for each time my card is used and all of a sudden I'm seeing attempted charges from them. Mind you, I did have a payment due, but I was not on automatic payments, so each time my card was to be charged, it would be from me manually giving approval. So I see this attempted charge, email and ask why it happened and what protections were in place to prevent it from happening again, and their response was that they attempt to process a payment when there is a balance due and a card on file. After elaborating on how uncomfortable I was with this and ending my business relationship with them, they had the audacity to come back and tell me that I was set up for automatic payments (!). I wasn't, so I recognize they were just covering up their mistake, but all in all, I didn't feel my credit card information was safe with them, so I had to get a new one.

All throughout our relationship, each email exchange I had with them ended with someone's name at the bottom ... you know, so I would know who I was emailing with because it all comes from a generic account. All of the emails, that is, except those last two. Unless you're going to pay with a check or cash, I wouldn't use them - you can't trust them with your card data.

Mariah did a fantastic job on our monthly clean yesterday. I think it's borderline creepy to mention individual employees in reviews online, but I wouldn't want Mariah to miss out on her bonus for employee appreciation month, so here we are.

In general, the monthly cleans with TCA can be hit or miss, but their customer service is spot on and you can tell they want to fix things when you point out an issue. Our last clean was amazing, so props to our solo cleaner. I've tried a couple different cleaning services now and would definitely recommend TCA over the others.

This was our first deep cleaning and the cleaners were very kind and professional. I love the app that gives you the time they are coming and you can pay and even leave a tip. I was happy with the cleaning they did too!

After using the service for 2+ years the quality begin to become very poor. When i came home I could see clumps of dust in the hall and at the edge of the couch. Terrible cleaning job. I had to vacuum and dust after they left. When I contacted the office via email they cancelled our contract. Do not recommend. Extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory service

I have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean our house twice a month for a couple of years now. Diego, Cristina, and Rosa are fantastic and take excellent care of our home. The quality can be spotty if we don't get our regular team, but as long as the three of them show up, we are always satisfied.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for a once a month scrub down for the past 6 months and they have been fantastic! The appliances are always sparkling and the furniture is always free of pet hair (an amazing feat with 3 pets). Highly recommend!
