run AWAY from this company. We hired them last year to complete a deep clean of our home after not having a cleaning service throughout the pandemic. We maintained our home, but it definitely had lots of work to do. They charged $1200, which for our 4bed/4bath house was a bit steep but after the reviews we saw on google we thought it would be worth it. They sent 3 people to our home to do all three floors (finished basement included). They did not step in to the basement, at all. They did not even open the door to go down there. In addition, other than vacuuming and a light swipe of surfaces, they did nothing. They then "discounted" the price to $600. To do nothing.
They were to wipe baseboards, they were obviously never touched. They were to clean windows, there were clear prints on nearly every window. They did nothing that was supposedly included in this "deep clean"
I did include a cleaning of the oven and microwave, which they did a fine job with, but other than the upsell and a basic wipe down, there was nothing done. I don't know what they did in the house for that long other than maybe pet my dogs.
We had to hire different company to do an actual deep clean a few weeks later, who we then hired on as our permanent cleaning company and have loved every cleaning of.

Please take your business elsewhere and run far away from this one.

In response to 4 Senses House Cleaning response, they sent the charge to a collections agency that is currently in the process of obtaining the funds. They responded to my complaints originally, and they did not care. Do not take their response to heart, as it is false and for show.

Kalila is the best! She goes above and beyond every time she comes to our house. We have a dog and a toddler and our house is almost always a disaster - Kalila leaves it sparkling clean, is very friendly, and is incredibly pleasant. Thank you!

I just switched t to 4 Senses for cleaning my apartment, and technician Bella did my initial appointment today. She did an absolutely brilliant job, and communicated clearly and was friendly and helpful. So far I am a happy camper!

I’m disappointed. I booked a first cleaning for $151 plus a $25 coupon. I received an email and a phone call. I answered the email and asked that they only text or email me. I then proceeded to receive six calls throughout my day in between email responses. Then, they quoted me a price 30% higher and refused to give me a stated reason, and then continued to call me. Harassing a potential customer is not how you get business, and now I’m going to have to not only find another cleaner, but I’ll have to watch my credit card to make sure they don’t charge me even though I asked to cancel everything due to their deceptive practices. I was excited to support a local business!

I was very pleased with the cleaning we had done in September. The staff was polite and friendly and thoroughly explained everything being done. They arrived on time and cleaned my home from top to bottom. I would highly recommend 4 Senses House Cleaning to anyone.

The team did a phenomenal job. It was nice to come home to a house that smelled clean! They dusted in places where other cleaners didn't bother to touch. They made sure to get into the creases around the bathroom faucets and didn't leave behind any gritty feeling. Hard word floors look shiny and new. Very happy with their work.

The communication with 4 Senses House Cleaning has been tremendous. Maddy was prompt and did an excellent job. She cleaned some things I didn't expect her to. She was super nice. I highly recommend them for a house cleaning service. Maddy is the best. She always goes above and beyond.

I’ve been with 4senses for around a year and have been very impressed with their services. The cleaners do a great job, particularly Kayla, and are super accommodating. Additionally, they’re flexible with rescheduling when I need to switch things around. The price point is perfect for me as well. I’ve been a very satisfied customer thus far.

Had four cleanings done so far and all have been great! The initial deep clean and our most recent clean were done by Pierina and although all cleanings have been wonderful, her work has noticeably stood above the rest.

Sam has been so wonderful every time she’s cleaned our home, and she always does an incredible job. Besides her professional skill, we also so value how our dogs love her and how, with a new baby at home, we can so easily trust her to help keep our house a home!

They did not finish the cleaning and charged the full price. They sent one person to do a deep clean on a 2000 sq. Ft. 5 bedroom house in 4 hours. The cleaners did a good job at the places they did clean. I would not recommend this service if you have over 3 bedrooms.

I recently hired 4 Senses to do a deep clean of my condo before an upcoming hospitalization. The two women who came did a fantastic job.
