Maddy is absolutely fantastic! She’s thorough, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every time she cleans, my home looks spotless and feels so much lighter. I appreciate how attentive she is to the little things—she consistently goes above and beyond without being asked. On top of her excellent work, she’s friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with.

I recently had my house cleaned by 4 senses. It was my first time getting it cleaned, and my experience was great. For a period of time, the bathroom had… character. Not always immediately noticeable, but if you lingered, reflected, or inhaled with intention, you might think, “Is that… pet urine? Or is my mind playing tricks on me?” It was the kind of smell that kept you humble. The kind that made you burn candles not for ambiance, but for plausible deniability. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was indeed pet urine. I have an Australian Shepard Pyrenees mix, and when we yell at him, or when he gets nervous, he often evades to the restroom where he may urinate a bit in distress. I don’t know if this is something dog training can handle, as he is now 3 years old, and the anxiety seems to be a triggered emotion rather than poor behavior. I do love him a lot. I even have a trip coming up where I’m going back to Seattle for Christmas, and we will be driving him up to Neenah to stay with a trusted sitter from Rover, we just want to make sure he is happy and enjoys his Christmas as much as us. We will definitely miss him. Anyways, the team at 4 senses seemed to have removed the scent from our abode, but only time will tell. The rest of the cleaning was well executed.

We were amazed with the thorough approach to caring for and cleaning our home. Sam take tremendous pride in her work and is a delight. The staff are kind and communication is quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations.

I booked both a deep clean and a general clean, and neither was thorough. My home is 600 sq feet. Surfaces were not fully dusted, and items were not moved to be cleaned underneath. This is very much a “clean around” service rather than a detailed clean. Rugs, shoes, dog bowls and beds, and items on countertops or flat surfaces were left dusty, or the areas around them, unclean and largely untouched. The floor did not look to be mopped or vacuumed. The bedsheets were put on sideways and inside out etc. The cleaning felt rushed overall.

I hired this service to buy back time, reduce stress, and feel peace of mind in my home, and it didn’t deliver on that.

If you’re looking for a truly thorough, detail-oriented cleaning service, I would recommend skipping this provider.

After one "deep cleaning" and one regular cleaning, we are delighted with 4Senses. The deep cleaning with Ariana and Samantha was worth every penny. The regular cleaning with Kate was comprehensive and efficient. We also appreciate the online scheduling, customer service follow up by Princess, and text / email reminders, which help us stay on top of getting the house ready for 4Senses technicians to do their best work. Much appreciated.

We absolutely love working with Maddy. She is incredibly kind, reliable, and truly pays attention to the little details that make a home feel clean, not just tidy. Every time she leaves, the house feels fresh, organized, and thoughtfully cared for. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend her enough.

Maddy is amazing! She is very detail-oriented and cleans little nooks and crannies that I didn't even know needed cleaning. She's super friendly and does a great job with our two grumpy cats. We love having her at our house!

We have had really great experiences with 4 Senses. Their communication is quick and they stand by their work. Once when something wasn't completed to our satisfaction (which doesn't happen often) they sent someone else to take care of it within a day or two. Kate has cleaned our place the most and she's great: thorough and friendly, always goes the extra mile.

We just had our first cleaning with 4 Senses and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ariana did an absolutely immaculate job on our master bedroom and master bathroom. There were things cleaned that I didn't even know needed to be cleaned and the attention to detail was so amazing. Both and Ariana and Fany did a wonderful job with the entire house and this truly felt like a luxury service. We can't wait to continue working with 4 Senses!

I wanted to write this review because there aren't many recent reviews of Grakei Maids online, and the reviews from years ago make the company sound very horrible, which is not the case.

I had my first initial cleaning with Grakei Maids today (12/05/19) and I must say that I am very impressed with the company and the team they sent to me. OVERALL the team of four did an excellent job! I have a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment and they were in-and-out in 30-35 minutes after cleaning the entire place. They even cleaned areas that I wasn't expecting them too! I had no issue with my bill and paid up front, which I'm sure they appreciate. :)

I want to be very clear that even though there are some CONS, the team was very professional, showed up on time, and listened to my directions with no problem(s). From my consultation up until today, Grakei Maids has been consistent and has done everything they said they would.

PROS: follow through, professional, on time, friendly, listened to me, and BUDGET FRIENDLY!!

CONS: didn't clear cobwebs in kitchen (under cabinet), one bathroom shower didn't appear to be cleaned, kitchen table didn't appear to be clean (partially my fault for not clearing the table off to give the team access to clean it.)

I would definitely recommend Grakei Maids to friends and family. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I didn't see the "extra mile" from the team. Meaning, I had to rearrange a few things to put them back in their original place and the main shower that I use didn't appear to be cleaned. Again, this is not a big deal, but going the extra mile and giving a few more minutes on the attention to detail is what earns five stars and TIPS for the team.

I am happy to have chosen Grakei Maids and I'm sure that once we work out the kinks I will be a customer for many years to come, keep up the good work! :)

Jose's team (Jose, Diana, Mary, and Justo) came to clean yesterday, and my house was spotless. I am rather picky and have had bad experiences with other cleaning companies, but this team did such a great job. They were also friendly and fast. And I didn't even have to spend a lot of time rearranging my stuff (on bathroom counters, etc.) like I usually do, because they put it all back exactly like they found it--it's a little thing, but it means a lot to me. Thank you to this team!

Had a cleaning service done today by Lucia, Melany, Andrea and Felix. They were all fantastic at making my apartment look new again. Would recommend

Wow! First time using Grakei Maids, Caralina's team. They were polite, affordable, speedy, and oh boy did they do a good job! They were thorough! One example, my kitchen sink is shiny clean now!! Years of lime build up as other cleaning services ignored this issue...gone! I am so pleased!!

Fantastic cleaning service with professional and thorough staff. Carolina's team did more than any other group we've had in our home, and they were efficient with their time. They offer green cleaning products, and the staff was all very friendly. Would recommend many times over.

They did a great initial clean so I ended up opting in for the monthly clean. The second monthly clean that came around, the attention to detail wasn't there, the master shower still had some hair on the shower floor and some toothpaste on the walls. If you are looking for a more economical cleaning service, this is the right company to go with but I'd rather just save the money and do it myself moving forward.

I have had Diana and team for years and am happy with their excellent cleaning and customer service. I appreciate having consistency in the cleaning team each week. Three people come and clean at one time, minimizing the cleaning appointment time. They have also always been willing to coordinate cleanings during holiday events we host, which I really appreciate. My dog loves the team, too! They are very sweet to her! :)

Tim Lucia's team did a great job. I will definitely be calling again in a few months when the house needs a pick me up. Thank you for the great service! You can see your face in my microwave now.

Grakei did an excellent job doing a Detailed Cleaning today. They were very efficient, on-time, and did an excellent job. It was my first time with Grakei and I am very pleased and looking forward to using them monthly. Carolina's team came today and I like the team approach that makes them quite efficient. They are the best value for cleaning that I have found so far in Madison.
