I needed to sell great aunt house where she lived in for 60 years. After clearing it out I needed it cleaned for sale and Errund cleaners did a great job. Will use them again if the house doesn't sell quickly and I need it cleaned again.

Great service! I needed my apartment cleaned on a short notice when moving between leases and was pleasantly surprised by Errund. Very professional service, quick cleaning, and the apartment was spotless afterward. Highly recommend!

I was not able to tip my cleaner online after the cleaning who did a great job but I emailed support and they added the tip for me later to my card. REMEMBER TO TIP your cleaners who work harder for you than your waitress or hair dresser.

I’m pretty sure this company makes fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars... Stay FAR FAR WAY...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They "investigated" one of their cleaners and when they were suppose to send me pics of what they found, they suddenly decided it was not conclusive and they would give me the benefit of the doubt... But there was proof that what she said was a lie, and they did a HORRIBLE job of cleaning... And some money from my house disappeared. Take this warning and use another cleaning company... And it seems like they put fake reviews on here just to hide the bad ones... I'd stay far away from this place.

I recently moved out of a (very dirty and dog-hairy) apartment and Lachelle spent an entire day making it shine! My property manager even said that she didn't need to have her own cleaners come in at all because it looked so good. She texted me updates all day and even took the small items that I left behind (and didn't want) to the resale store for me. Definitely recommend this company and Lachelle!

I love this service! I really enjoy being able to book and pay in one place. The website is really easy to use. The cleaners did the job quickly and effectively. My house is looking great. I will definitely keep using this service.

Don't fall for this. It's a complete scam. I had an appointment last weekend, they texted me right before and said their cleaner was unable to come. The boss did not answer texts or phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. They promised me a free hour of cleaning for my trouble. Then they leaked out 3 more times. They're FIRED!

I've been a customer for a few months now. I like how I book, reschedule, and cancel all online. I only get charged for the actual hours when the cleaning is complete. The cleaning service is comparable to those expensive ones, but I pay only $25/hr. I will continue to use this company!

Errund refund policy is no refund. At least I was shocked by it but then it makes sense as they have the satisfaction guarantee if you book their recommended hours. This is better than having a loose refund policy.

Many times I wonder why I have wasted my life interviewing potential cleaners on craigslist and got no good results. The cleaners found there either don't show up or do a bad job after first few times with no supervision. Then I realized I don't have Errund. With Errund, everything is the opposite. Standardized cleaning checklist, vetted cleaners who show up!

From the moment I met my maid, I knew we would get along. She has a great personality and is easy to work with. She is very Meticulous and detailed in what she does and loves to handle her work thoroughly. I certainly would recommend errund and my maid.

This was the first cleaning service that I've ever used, and I must say I was wildly disappointed. They refused to clean my refrigerator because there were items in it, and cited an email telling me to clean it out that didn't exist. Even with the extra hour afforded by not cleaning my refrigerator, they were still unable to clean my apartment in the time they allotted themselves. I stayed in my bedroom while they worked, and I was subjected to a slew of negative comments about how dirty my apartment was that they did not know I could hear. They threw a irreplaceable prescription medication in the trash, which I had to rummage threw to find it. A $45 tool in a plastic box is missing as well. A support person responded to my email with a poorly written response, and when I simply asked for clarification about if they were sending someone else to finish the job, he said "indeed" they would not, and cited he's workers "clearly" explaining their reasons for not doing their job. He did offer a $25 credit for the words I must have unreasonably "felt were unkind," but I would pay $25 dollars to never see these people again.

My son needed to move out and boys being boys did not clean until the day of move out when we realized he was going to be charged a huge fee if the apartment is left uncleaned. we called around as we had no intentions to clean that day due to the hectic packing and moving. most places were busy and did not answer our call but errund did. they sent someone out same day and got us out of our predicament

Terrible. They rescheduled twice after explicitly confirming. The cleaner showed up an hour late because she walked into our neighbors house. She left an hour early (basically counted the time she worked at the neighbors). Where she did clean it was thorough, but missed a bathroom floor and some surfaces. There were some nice touches like arranging costers and making the beds neatly, but over all never again.

Cleaner had a family emergency and informed me at the time of the cleaning. I called errund and Holly was able to find me someone who arrived 3 hours later. Great cleaning too. I recommend this service.

The person Errund sent was prompt and thorough. It was a moving situation so the apartment was basically empty. She also did a great job with my oven, refrigerator and microwave. 😊 Would recommend to others!

I was very disappointed with the cleaning I received from Errund and would not recommend their service. Items were not completed on the check list they provided and they still did not address items after arranging a 2nd visit to "get it right". Specifically I paid for a deep clean of my refrigerator and they failed to do it twice. Rather than give me my money back they gave me a credit for their service which I most certainly will never use. I would look elsewhere for cleaning services.

First used this service in Minneapolis for my mother then I tried it again for move in. Again, great service at only $26/hr. My cleaner arrived on time and even finished earlier. I was worried I will be charged the same price but was actually charged the actual time the cleaner spent. Highly recommend.

This is an AMAZING EXPERIENCE...if you are busy with moving in or out? You definitely don't have to worry about ANYTHING!!! They will take care of EVERYTHING!! Just move your furniture out and you don't have to stick around for hours. You can go ahead and focus on moving, or if you just need a general deep cleaning of your home...ERRUND professional cleaners will take care of the whole ordeal for you!! Our home and property were treated with the up most respect. If you need a service that will take care of your home, do an AMAZING job, be respectful and responsible...then ERRUND is the place to go!! The cleaning professionals never got in your way or made it feel intrusive in any manner. They were so fast and friendly you wouldn't believe it. I haven't used many places for home cleaning, but I'm definitely not using another if I need it!!
