I have tried to use this service twice now for move out cleaning, and had bad experiences both times. The first time, they were unable to send a cleaner at the requested time, so I stared cleaning myself. They tried to reschedule with me and I told them the new times wouldn't work and that I had already started cleaning . They pushed me to keep the appointment, claiming I would be charged a 50% cancellation fee, even though they were the ones unable to maintain my reservation. They eventually agreed to cancel with no fee after a great deal of communication back and forth.

This second time, I requested a cleaning and it was confirmed, but no one ever showed up. I have called and spoken to Jake, and he let me know he would follow up but never did. Every time I've spoken with him, he's been confused about who he was speaking to and the details. I put the request in online, so it should be easy to reference. I also left many voicemails and texts, but have still not gotten a follow up for my scheduled move out cleaning that was supposed to occur on May 30.

This was our first time using Errund and I certainly had concerns about quality and whether they would show up. As promised, their maid was there at 10 am on a sunday and we showed her around and then ran errands while she worked. She came in well under the estimate but her quality exceeded that of our previous house cleaners who routinely would miss things. Overall very pleased with the service and love the idea of scheduling at my convenience as often as we like. I hope I am able to request April again next time - even my two dogs loved her!

Errund has a high standard of reliability. The assigned professionals take great responsibility in showing and in rare occasions they have an emergency, errund will send someone else to replace the very same day.

I booked a next day move out clean with Errund and was very pleased with the cleaning. They managed to send someone on a really short notice which was nice. The cleaner was friendly and thorough with her cleaning. I had to book longer hours to cover some additional tasks like inside fridge and oven but it was well worth the money.

Stay far away from this cleaning service. Errund was hired by my tenant to clean his apartment after move out. The job was nowhere near professional. Dirt, hair, dead bugs, food crumbs, all remained. I called them to ask if they could come back, and they disputed everything, sending me blurry, low resolution pics as proof that the unit was cleaned in response to these photos below. Then the guy I spoke to hung up on me. Close to $200 later, and this is what you get.

Amazinggggg products! my favorite is the miracle scrub; it works so well on appliances & tiles. I use a toothbrush and clean in between the bathroom tiles and the bathtub. gets its glistening ! It brings me peace of mind knowing its made with all natural Earth derived ingredients

Anna and her team were on time, professional, and did a great job on several tough cleaning projects with short schedules. Will use again when the next opportunity arises.

Tess, Max, and Kate from Hippie Cleaning did a floor-to-ceiling cleaning of my very cluttered apartment (tons of knick-knacks and framed pictures as well as several bookcases packed with books). They were true to their word -- solved some problems and did as I asked. Nice people with a good attitude.

They did a great job getting our cafe looking sharp again (despite super tall ceilings and light fixtures). Fantastic deep clean.

I was kindly gifted with a sample of the all purposed natural cleaning product that True Hippie Cleaning creates and I want to say how much I loved it. I loved the smell. It smelt so fresh and clean. It also cleaned really well on my kitchen sink, mirrors and for spot cleaning my floors (wood and ceramic). I will give this particular product a 5 star review.

Anna is a miracle worker!!! I had a lot of clutter to stress about and though it overwhelmed me, she just came in, 100%judgement free and worked it all out in an incredibly short amount of time! I'm pretty sure she has magical powers...
She even brings her homemade cleaning supplies! Doesn't get much better than True Hippie. She literally wiped away my stress

Cannot recommend enough True Hippie Cleaning! Very professional and thorough clean. Plus, I just tried some of their cleaning products for interim cleanings and they are amazing!! Smell absolutely wonderful! And they are so effective - including hard to clean shower doors....

Fantastic cleaning! I use True Hippie Cleaning for periodic DEEP cleaning of a busy little coffee shop and after they clean it, it glows! It is a bonus that Anna is so committed to the overall well-being of her community and her fellow creatures, and that she uses only truly eco-friendly cleaning agents. A business relationship I plan to maintain!
