I have only ever had positive experiences with Grakei Maids! They have been so flexible and accommodating with my schedule, even with such short notice. Every time they clean my house they’re extremely efficient and respectful, and it’s so refreshing to come home to such a clean space. 10/10 would recommend!

I contacted Grakei Maids to handle bigger cleaning tasks that my disabilities prevent me from doing (scrubbing my oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and bathtub). Keith was very helpful and got me scheduled quickly. Claudia, Mayra, and Salomé were practically in and out, they were so fast! They were early, friendly, and super efficient, which is all appreciated. Grakei Maids happily accomodated my disability needs, from the booking process through the team heading out my door. I will use them the next time I need cleaning, and I would highly recommend them.

Had them come for the first time for routine cleaning since we moved, everything went well, staff was very friendly (Eveling, Mayra, Bertha), no complaints.

Carolina’s team was amazing! The detailed clean was totally worth it. Our cleaning was spotless, which is especially difficult with 2 dogs in the house. I’m so impressed with how much they could accomplish in under 2 hours. They take all the stress out of getting ready for house guests. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Team Lucia did a great job and we’re super friendly! The house was super clean and they attended to all the little details. I keep finding little reminders (hand towels neatly folded, blankets folded, etc) reminding me of their professionalism. Would highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Grakei Maids! They were the fastest to respond to my move-out cleaning inquiry of 8 other similar companies in Madison and fit us into their schedule with very little notice. The cleaning crew did a fantastic and very thorough job. They were also super kind and patient with me while I packed up the remaining items in my apartment. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

We've been using Grakei maids every few weeks for close to year now. They do a great job on our house, they are thorough and respectful of the space. It's so nice to come home to a clean house.

Disappointed with service. Paid for the detailed cleaning package and didn’t even get the basic. The sink was left dirty, cabinets not wiped, glass door wasn’t cleaned, the cleaner was left in toilets, the guest bath tub wasn’t washed.. and water spots on all the faucets still. Really wanted to have them as my go to but if they can’t clean an empty house that was cleaned mostly by someone and then me.. not a good sign

Carolina's team came by today and did an amazing job! I have never seen my sink/stove so clean even when I moved into my apartment. Not only that, but they were able to remove massive hard water build up in the toilet and shower that I tried to get rid of several times! The service took less than an hour and it was fast and efficient! I will be using them again!

I started using Grakei Maids after trying another local cleaning service that was less thorough and much more expensive. I’m so glad I made the switch! From the start, booking online was easy and communication with Keith was seamless. When I came home after their first cleaning, my apartment looked amazing. Every detail was spotless, and it smelled clean without that heavy chemical scent.

Even their basic cleaning package exceeded my expectations. I’ve since booked them for my move-out clean and a deep clean at my new place because I completely trust their work. They’ve also been flexible and professional when I’ve needed to adjust scheduling. Grakei Maids is reliable, affordable, and genuinely excellent. I can’t recommend them enough!

The service was fantastic! I was worried about getting my house cleaned through an online service, but boy was I wrong. They showed up on time, cleaned the house the best it has been in years, and now are coming again in 2 weeks. I will definitely be using this all the time

so grateful for this service where i can book quality cleaners online. one tip is to call and book if you need an earlier service although there's a fee. cleaner forgot some stuff but they sent her back and she was so nice it made me feel bad to send her back
