We had our first cleaning with Grakei and I was very pleased with the team of Lucia, Melany and Felix. The shower, microwave and stove all looked brand new again. I hate dirty floors but I hate cleaning them too, so it’s so nice to have someone do it for me!

We had our first cleaning with Jose's team a few weeks back and this second time with Carolina's team, and they both did a great job. They did a high quality job - careful, thorough, paying great attention to detail, and very pleasant to work with overall. Will definitely have them clean our home again!

Lucia, Felix, and Melany did a beautiful job cleaning my home. They arrived at the early end of the window of time I was given, and were very efficient and speedy. They were friendly and communicative about what I particularly needed. The bathrooms and floors are particularly spotless!

The service was excellent and very quick, only taking an hour and a half for four people to clean our entire home. Between José, Zulmy, Lucia, and Santiago, the team was very accommodating and patient as my wife and I rushed home to let them inside (our fault, we were late). The house is spotless and the team even got rid of some tricky hard water stains I couldn’t get myself! Excellent work everyone, I’d absolutely recommend the team!

Diana’s team is very friendly, trustworthy, and efficient! They do an excellent job cleaning and I appreciate their work. We have no hesitation having them access our home when we are not there for our regular cleaning.

The maids' service came recommended to us from our neighbors. We had never used cleaning services, but with our health, bad back, and knees, we just knew I needed help cleaning our ranch style apartment.

I requested an in home consultation, but just answering the questions helped them for our needs. We got an email and spoke on the phone to arrange the first cleaning. I had no idea what to expect, but my home smells so clean that my husband doesn't want to use the bathrooms or kitchen. They did a deep cleaning, vacuum, dusting, they wiped walls and base boards that I have never touched in the three years we have lived here. They were in and out with the three person crew in 1 hour. The value of the $120 per hour is so resonable that we have already scheduled the service for every other month cleaning.

Lucia, Melany, Felix, Tim & Jesus were AMAZING. My home has never looked more amazing. So kind, fast, and talented. Can’t wait to use their services again for a deep clean!

Diana's Team: Diana, Evelyn, Reneta, and Jenny are amazing! Cleaning is something that we find very overwhelming/stressful and finally decided to go for it and get a cleaning service. I was a former Client affairs before covid arrived and then I stopped using them. I contacted them again this week to do a detailed clean on my house before my in-laws arrived and Carolina's team was fantastic. They managed to clean Gunk off my counters that I've never been able to do. They were quick and efficient and very lovely. Carolina’s Team came to my condo to do a basic cleaning. They arrived on time and finished in exactly one hour. The first-visit, one-time cleaning price was very affordable. The person i spoke with on the phone to arrange everything was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and the communication was great. The Team members were all professional, friendly, respectful, and very hard working. They came in with a plan of attack and there wasn’t any standing around talking or inappropriate personal phone use. They did a fabulous job, everywhere. They used green cleaning products / pet friendly, wherever possible. My vinyl flooring was particularly dirty and they cleaned it all up. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my bathtub or bathroom sink that clean before! This was the first time in my life I’ve ever hired a cleaning service and i was thrilled with Grakei Maids. I will definitely be signing up for regular cleaning and will specifically request Carolina’s Team. Thank you ladies for making my home feel like home again!

I’ve never hired a cleaning service because I’m hesitant about letting strangers into my home. However, I broke my thumb recently and my roommates been out of town for a couple of weeks, so I decided to bite the bullet and I have zero regrets.

Carolina’s team did such an amazing job! My apartment is so wonderfully clean again and I’m beyond impressed with the results of their detailed cleaning! On top of their hard work, Grakei Maid’s services are incredibly affordable. I appreciate the care and attention they put into my apartment and will happily continue to use their services while I’m recovering.
