Horrible, horrible,horrible experience. The contact was very unprofessional. Text me at 11:43pm the night before my 8:30am appointment and changed my appointment to 12:45pm. Just so much trouble to try and give someone a Mother's Day gift. Website asks if you have cats and I said yes and they send someone who is scared to death of the site of cats. They supposed to be done by 6:00pm but that was impossible because I booked 7 hours and my appointment was changed to 12:45pm. What a joke this experience was. And even with all the mistakes made on their end, guess what, I was still charged 200 dollars. No discounts, no apologies, no nothing. BBB my ass.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of Errund (Jake) is a thief. I found out about his criminal tactics when he tried to charge me for the service I had canceled 5 days in advance. I tried to resolve the charge with him directly and showed him clear evidence that I had canceled well in advance of his cancellation policy but he refused to refund my payment. I had to get the credit card company involved, but Jake continued to dispute my valid claim. In the end after much back-and-forth with the credit card company and showing them evidence of Jake’s fraudulent charge they refunded my money. I also reported him to the Better Business Bureau and they found cause in my favor of his illegal business. I will now be reporting him to the Consumer Protection Agency. Please do not do business with this guy!

I had a last minute family emergency and called errund to see if they could waive the 50% cancel fee. Jake was sympathetic and agreed to issue a future credit towards my next cleaning even though they didn't need to do so. kudos to customer service and humanity!

Booked them for about 5 hours. Received a confirmation email saying that they will assign me a a person. Never heard from anyone after that. Also, nobody showed up! I had to get my apartment cleaned myself. Not very professional or dependable. Will not recommend at all!

Initially we had issues with the cleaning pro missing areas we wanted done with the checklist we gave them. Later, i realized the cleaning professionals follow their own errund checklist. Nevertheless, i contacted Jake and he sent another pro to complete the areas I wanted more attention to be given. Errund need not do that but they did. Showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Make sure you read the errund cleaning checklist though

I use errund for our airbnb cleaning and we were able to book the 2.5 man hours instead of 4 man hours recommended because we needed less stuff done. 2.5 is the minimum amount of time allowed on the website The errund pros did as great as job as the management company I hired. In fact, errund was way more reliable in sending people over to clean and make the apartment in order.

Errund sent me a text to send me my id to verify and confirm my booking as I was not going to be home. I guess online scams are on the rise so Errund wants to confirm. At first, I was upset about it but Errund allowed me to cover my dob on the id. The cleaning turned out great as Errund sent me before after pictures which were helpful for my landlord

My cleaner had a last minute emergency and she did not inform errund. While she was no contact, errund managed to find a replacement cleaner the very same day. I have used other cleaning services and needed to wait a week or at least a few days for a replacement cleaning. Very impressed with their service. The replacement cleaner came and did a fantastic job.

The set up was easy and the price was great.

Then the first cleaner never showed up. They rescheduled me a new cleaner. Inconvenient but wasn’t necessarily a dealbreaker. Stuff happens.

Decided to give them another chance. Cleaning was set up for 10 AM. got a text that cleaning was changed to 9:30 AM. Once again that’s fine. But the night before I went online and looked it was actually changed to 8 AM.

Use the online chat and wasn’t really happy with the tone of the person on the other end. I was willing to reschedule it. She was going to send me a text to confirm The new date and time. Never happened

So now I am fed up called the number to cancel my services. The gentleman on the phone said he would email me to confirm my cancellation. Guess what, never happened.

I booked a house cleaning through errund after reviewing their checklist. The cleaners did a great job and I got back my security deposit. However don't expect deep stain or wall paint to come off since it's not included in the service

Booked a cleaning online for the first time. Very user friendly and it felt secure for me. Although they do not provide deep cleaning, their regular cleaning was sufficient. It feels so good to return to a clean and nice smelling home! I suggest reading their checklist to see whether it works for you. Managed to book for a cleaning in 2 days. Cleaner showed up on time and ended on time. Was pleased with the outcome. This is how cleaning should be!

I booked a cleaning for the next day with my card online. Didn't get charged until my cleaning is complete. Cleaner came on time to clean and ended on time. One tip is to check their cleaning checklist to make sure this is what you want. I was very happy with the things covered on their cleaning checklist and even booked a cleaning for inside of my fridge. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I have recently separated ways with Jake and Errund. Com for not following contract and after 5 hours of cleaning our home it was left with dog hair everywhere dirty floors, unclean kitchen and a multitude of other issues. Pictures were sent as evidence with no concessions made. We have had a professional cleaning service for 25 years and this was nothing short of fraudulent! Stay far away from this service and realize that Jake backs his cleaners over his customers. Your money and time will be better/more safely spent with another cleaning service.

Errand Cleaning demanded payment upfront. They charge you for maximum hours, with the intent that they will refund you the amount of time not needed. That did not happen. When my daughter called to let management know the exact hours worked, which was two less, they gave her the runaround and hung up. When she called back, they didn’t answer. As a parent of a college student, I intervened. When I explained to the manager that we were not going to put up with this and that he needed to refund the difference, he hung up. We are currently working with our bank to solve this problem. Looking at the reviews, the ones with five stars, I have to wonder if they are true?? The Better Business Bureau has very bad reviews on this company. My advice, shop around.

Does not deliver on what they claim - unreliable with poor customer service. They make it seem like you can easily use their website to book a cleaner for your chosen time. However, on three separate occasions (in two different cities – KC and Minneapolis), they failed to provide a cleaner when scheduled. I kept giving them another try because it's a great concept (the home cleaning industry is ripe for disruption), but this last time they never sent someone when scheduled (booked 9 days in advance) then failed to adequately follow-up when I allowed a reschedule. To add insult to injury, there was no remorse or apology about leaving me with an uncleaned home at the last minute before I had houseguests. I urge you not to trust this business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They charged me for 7 hours when they weren’t even there for 5 and refused to refund the remaining balance. The apartment was still dirty and the cleaners were incredibly rude.

They asked for a photo of my ID and new address for IDENTITY THEFT.

THIS IS A FRADULENT COMPANY. This was such a mistake. Take your business elsewhere.

I would also like to add that since then. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and received multiple threats from Errund.

Weird how all the five star reviews are all made my people with only 1 review. Hmmm

An awful service. The cleaner called at the set arrival time to ask if she could be *three hours late*. When I said this time did not work for me, she told her company that *I had cancelled*. I had to reach out to customer service and explain to them that I had not cancelled that the cleaner had cancelled, which took far more time than necessary.

I asked then to have my account deleted including my credit card details, and sent an email with the same request. To which I got a non-committal response via chat. And twenty-four hours later my account is still active and no response via phone or chat.

Terrible service all around, I recommend going somewhere else!

Absolutely horrific. Do not use! Customer service from their HQ is not professional, they don't know how to deal with situations when claims are submitted. I was estimated for 5.5 hours of service and the cleaning professional was on there 4 hours but logged her hours as 5.5 hours (make sure to take screenshots because there was dishonesty happening for sure!! The cleaners log the hours and Errund charges you so there is a LOT of ways to buffer this on the cleaners end, especially having access to your CC info.)

The cleaning professional was overall nice, however, she showed up 15 minutes late and did NOT vacuum or mop, there were dust and dirt everywhere. The cleaner she used stained my quartz countertop. I submitted appropriate pictures with date/time stamps with areas not clean in addition to the text I received that she was leaving and Errund did nothing! They gave me the hour she logged incorrectly, Errund stated they are giving me the benefit of the doubt ( oh wow I supplied sufficient evidence and they are just going to give me this small win... their team member lied). I got refunded one hour, however the hour it would take to properly clean my floors was not refunded. I wasn’t even asking for an entire refund, just the two hours that were not worked.

They have 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back listed on their website. They obviously don’t know how to follow their promise, mission or values.

So disappointed.

1) Instead of 7 Am work started at 7:30 when it was told keys needs to be handover by 12-12:30PM !!
2) Ideally it was not even a cleaning of 1 bedroom and bathroom completely. In 2 bedroom house. ( We cleaned 1 bedroom-1 bath on our own finally )
3) no ladders or any other things where she can clean anything on height.
4) overall cleaning was okay. It was like a basic things.
5) After I booked the appointment they told me only 1 person will come and you still have to pay entire money . They could have told me that before booking the appointment.
6) Me and my wife had to work along with a maid to clean MANY remaining things.
7) Refrigerator , oven , microwave were only cleaned from inside ( 90% ) outside stains and on the top of all there was no cleaning .
8) overall I think I paid around 100-150$ Extra.
9) I would have given -10 rating if negative rating was allowed.
I would not recommend this to anybody. Not at all worth for what money you are paying.

Overall very much disappointing experience.

Note :- There are no complaints about the maid who came. She was super hard working girl. Who continuously worked for 4 hours and 15 minutes.

I had an awful experience when getting my mother's house cleaned while she was in the hospital. I needed a same day service because of when she was getting released, so Errund gets a star for accommodating me there. However, the communication while booking was poor and I didn't get a confirmation of my booking until 3 hours before the service, so I wasn't sure they were even coming. I got a call after that and the man on the phone asked me the name of who was coming to clean for me and if it was written in the text message. I told him there wasn't a name in the message and the call was dropped and I didn't hear from him again. Until they showed up to clean the wrong house, my house not my mom's. I had to give 2 addresses, one to be cleaned and one for my CC and they went to the wrong address and charged me for the time spent going from my house to the correct address, even though it was their mistake.

Now that's all just logistics. For the cleaning, dishes were loaded up into the dishwasher without a pre-rinse and the dishwasher was never started, which is actually good because all the food would have been caked on. More dishes were left undone, even after I specifically requested the dishes be washed. There were wipes left in the toilet and none of the leather couches or chairs were wiped down, so you still got covered in pet hair when you sat down. I spent over an hour f my own time cleaning up after the cleaner. When I called to address this issue and request a partial refund for the work I had to do in cleaning up after them, the only thing they were willing to do was give me $15 off another $160 cleaning. Because of this experience, I would never use them again, so this offer is a slap in the face. Bad service, bad customer service.

After not having much luck with other cleaning services in the Madison area, I called Errund for a last-minute apartment clean that was required of me for move-out. Errund was able to accommodate my request and sent professional cleaners to my apartment on the same day. A representative from Errund was extremely helpful and responsive and I was given very informative updates throughout the process. Definitely recommend
