Andrew was right on time. Respectful, explained everything and let us ask questions. Everything was done perfectly and my daughter will be happy not to share her bedroom with house centipedes! This was my first service but it seems to be a good company.

Daniel did our initial inspection and service and did a fantastic job! We really appreciate the thoroughness and detail as he explained what he was looking for, how they treat the pest, and what we should be on the lookout for. Excellent 1st visit from Greenix.

Greenix has been great at providing consistent coverage for any insect activity. Today Andrea H. was courteous about when they would arrive and covered which services they performed! Haven’t had a bad experience with any of the techs!

The technician was very friendly and helpful. He explained what he was doing in clear and understandable language. I do think the cost is high, but I don’t know the cost of the chemicals they use.

Ryan is a fantastic, dedicated and customer oriented employee. He’s informative about what he’ll be doing, how he’ll do it and why it needs to be done. He took on a huge hornet nest during his last visit and it wasn’t easy. Thanks for sending Ryan to perform the pest services I purchase. It’s employees like him that keep me a customer.

I've had Greenix treat the exterior perimeter of my property on a quarterly basis for a few years now and the treatments help with bugs and other pests throughout the seasons.

Andrew inspected my property to identify what would attract bugs. - He removed the spider webs and nests from the eaves and windows. - He applied a dust to the cracks and crevices of the home and put down a granular barrier around the home as well.

Andrew serviced my property and left me with a nice surprise. Not only was he a great communicator, thorough, and respectful of my property, he took the time to be kind. He reinstalled a snowpole that came out during the thaw. He never said a word to get credit for his deed. Much appreciated Andrew!

We had a great experience with Greenix. Great pest control service, professional, thorough, and effective. The technician Jordan was very thoughtful and even helped push our trash bins closer to the garage on trash day. Really appreciated the extra care. Highly recommend!

My service from Greenix has always been top notch and communication is excellent. Malachi was the last person that was here. He and his manager were very nice to work with and very informative as they explained the process. We saw a drastic decrease with soy bean beatles and stink bugs this past summer from using their service for the first time.

These guys are amazing, I can’t believe how little to no spiders we see even after just the first few visits. Brandy came today and I had to leave a review - he brought our garbage cans up from the road just as a nice gesture! It’s the little things that mean the most to me. Great customer service and communication. Really appreciate you guys!!!

We had a great experience with GreenX. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear throughout, they turned up when they said they would, and the work was completed to a high standard.

We have a log home with lots of pest activity. This is the first company we’ve had such good customer service with.
Recently Andrew specifically taught us a lot about mice and how to prevent them from entering our home, as well as figured out confusion with administration overcharging us. I hope that he can service our home again as he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time needed to address my concerns. He was very kind and professional as well, very thorough, and was training another person while treating our home.
It’s nice that they come out in between services if requested. Unfortunately we’ve needed extra trips to our home throughout the seasons.

Jacob was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to walk me through the process and to explain what to expect. He was also patient with the fact that I was greatly bothered by the idea of a mouse/mice in my house and went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. His recommendations regarding small repairs that I can address on the outside of my house/at the foundation to prevent future issues is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Jadyn was very attentive in his walk around of our house finding some rodent holes that could lead to some future issues.
Just be careful, while the service so far seems to be working, you are locked into a contract for 2 years, at least that is what was presented to me. You pay an initial price then a monthly fee based on which service you sign up for.
I guess we’ll see what the spring looks like. So far haven’t seen any ants which seems to plague us each year.

I don't normally leave reviews but DERRIC was by far one of the best service technicians i have had the pleasure to meet from Greenix. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and personable. He even went out of his way to let me know about a delivery that was made while he was servicing my home. What a great guy!

The best service was sweeping cobwebs outside and getting rid of mice in the house, including plugging holes outside. The worst was not eliminating the swarms of yellow jackets that began entering the house in September, (see photos of some of the hundreds of yellow jackets that entered the house) and the failure to eliminate wasps. Finally, the range of costs in the survey is as misleading as the company’s promises in their contract. The cost for these minimal services was $745.00. They refused to provide any services unless I agreed to have them come out 5 times during a year for $149.00 each time. It didn’t matter that I did not want further service than mice elimination. So I decided to try it. Big mistake. I lost $645.00 because the only service provided that was worth any expenditure was for the mouse issue. None of the other visits provided services that I or a helper couldn’t have done. In addition, despite the plugging of holes to prevent mice being part of the service I paid for, on the final visit they refused to plug a hole, saying they would do it for an additional $120.00. Plugging a hole by putting steel wool in it is not worth $120.00 on top of the $149.00 already paid for each visit.
Therefore, I would give 0 stars or negative marks for this company, which treats customers as marks in a con game, given the customer’s inability to cancel the contract during the year without paying the full amount of the contract, and receiving nothing in return. Having to pay almost $800.00 for unwanted service that turned out to be essentially worthless to me, and poorly executed as well, is not much different than being robbed.
