I have a large Koi pond. They do excellent work in maintaining the pond and waterfalls. Also regular maintenance is outstanding and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them. Garry

ProScapes is a GREAT company and really helped us out last year with a situation that was a hot mess! The people here were all very professional and clearly knew what they were doing, patient with our questions - seeing as they ranked the 'hot mess' from the prior company as the third biggest disaster they've seen... so... seeing as they've been in business a while that's pretty impressive!

We would love to have gotten a better ending from the first company to have a more complete job with ProScapes. Unfortunately, the way the system works in WI, businesses can pretty much say / do whatever and then with any sort of dispute... the business is favored! We had no idea :(

Anyways, trust us to go with the experts FIRST so you don't end up paying more for the exact same thing by going with the 'other' company that seems to know what they're talking about. It costs way more to hire experts, like ProScapes, to fix a mess and redo it... than it would have cost to just hire them in the first place to start!

Proscapes was fast, professional, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The billing process was transparent and detailed. Courteous and friendly. They won't be the cheapest option but you will get excellent and timely work that won't need to be redone to due to poor craftsmanship.

We did our landscaping over 40 years ago and it was time to start over. We had Proscapes remove all plantings and the entire lawn. They changed the grade, installed a swale, reseeded and planted new shrubs.
The workmanship is flawless. They have the best equipment, highly skilled personnel, and are very personable. I would highly recommend them!

Two years ago Proscapes repaired a large hole in our gravel roadway (the land was sinking). They were the only company which did not want to just fill the hole in but actually came up with a plan to reinforce. The hole has not returned and we just had them come out this week to add more gravel which was done well and efficiently. I know if they can do such a good job on something not terribly exciting, then I know when I can hire them for some landscaping they will do an excellent job.

I called, asking for sand for our backyard sandbox and the woman on the phone was so kind and professional. I was impressed that they could deliver it the next day! The truck driver was meticulous about backing in safely, avoiding tree branches, cars in the driveway and our garage door. It was dumped perfectly, and he even took the time to get a shovel to remove a little dirt that had gotten mixed in from the truck bed. The sand is great quality and they have the sand and delivery service fairly priced. Thank you, Lenne and James!

We just had a patio and fire pit installed by Proscapes and are very pleased. The crew did a great job, especially where there were circular areas and the bricks had to be carefully cut. They cleaned up every day and were very careful where they set their tools and other items. When everything was finished, Mike, the owner, came over to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with it. Oh, and once the crew started, they stayed on the job until it was finished. They didn't skip back and forth between other jobs. I highly recommend Proscapes.

Quickly replied to request and was able to deliver materials next day. They were conscientious about the delivery in making sure that it was dropped off where I needed it. Friendly, professional, and great service.

We wanted rain water to drain away from our house because we are on a hill and our house is on a concrete slab. Proscapes was supposed put a swale in the ground that sits higher than our house. Next to the house, they were supposed to incline the dirt so water flows to the street. Now, the swale is pouring water back towards our house and not towards the street. Water is pooling next to our foundation. When I reached out to Bob, he had the audacity to tell me that things were working perfectly. We used Proscapes because Bob told us he can direct the water away from our foundation. We did not want large puddles of standing water next to the house. I attached a photo of what they said they would do. Green arrows show where the water is supposed to go. Red shows how the water is actually pooling back towards the house. Completely irresponsible! Very unfortunate customer service response from Bob Wambach. He's not here to see the water flow back to our house. He may use lasers to level the ground a he claims, but he obviously did not get it right this time and will claim no responsibility. Will not use them again. Will never recommend them. Highly unprofessional. Save your money and please go elsewhere! Water is NOT supposed to be next to the foundation. Don't let him tell you otherwise. He's so condescending.

Proscapes has always met my expectations regarding when my snowplowing was done. If there was any damage done on the lawn, they would fix it. If there was any other damage done, they would fix it. I've been very pleased with their work. There was some shoveling done in 3 areas as well as the snowplowing and they always got that done per my instructions. When I asked for no salt, they accommodated.

Proscapes turned our sloped, unusable backyard into a unique and beautiful space. They graded and built walls that gave us enough room to turn our backyard into our dream space and have room for a pool.

Proscapes came to our day care center and transformed a warn, beaten path and a large unlevel area, creating a race track and construction zone on our playground! The work was well done, professional with excellent attention to detail! They even brought in black dirt, leveling a seeding where the equipment had created ruts. When we have landscaping work to be done again, we will definitely call Proscapes!

From the moment we submitted a request for an evaluation, Proscapes was extremely professional. Bob assessed our space, gave recommendations on how to achieve our vision, and followed up to emails very quickly. The designs he provided were exactly in line with what we wanted. Lenne took over emails when the job started and responded to all messages within 12 hours, usually faster. The crew who did the install were respectful, clean, and friendly. We had a stone come loose after a short time and Proscapes sent someone to fix it within 48 hours. They were not the cheapest quote we got; however, we are very happy with the service and quality that came with the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Western Landscape successfully reseated our limestone slab steps in our backyard. Darien proactively involved us in all decisions, was very careful with the existing plantings and did a great job cleaning up. Looking forward to having Western Landscape handle our landscaping work going forward.

Western Landscape (fka. Proscapes) did a wonderful job removing some unwanted trees and placing sod where they stood in our front yard. Our technician Leo and his team completed the project quickly, and I appreciate that he took care to communicate details about timelines for each step and how to treat the sod during the cold, freezing temperatures. I'm also pleased that Western Landscape was able to do this project months earlier than originally projected. The original project scoping meetings with Simon were also very convenient, starting with phone call/video meeting and very quickly advancing to an in person meeting on the project premises.

Western Landscape built me a brick garden wall in 2023. It's about 40 feet long and the top is level with my front porch, but due to the topography of the yard it varies in height.
I LOVE IT. Great feedback from neighbors too. This year a few top caps were loose, so I called them. 5 year warranty! They stopped out n fixed it. No problems. Their crews are polite, informative and professional.
I recommend this company.
