They were fast and got stuff done well. But during the process they kept under estimating the cost. For me, the price doubled from first estimate given on the spot. They also showed up 2+ hours early and acted like they were behind when I was asking questions at the end.

Additionally, many of the crew were not wearing masks most of or part of the time. They corrected this when asked.

They "filled" a truck, but it already had a huge king size mattress in it when they showed up. And I didn't get a good look at what else was in there already (if anything).

But they do a good job and follow requests and instructions. I just wish the process didn't feel like incremental up-selling. And I think their prices might be high, but they sure get it done fast.

They also put random stuff in my trash bin instead of their truck. Packing in as much as they could on the top of what was in the bin already.

Edit: They are promising a refund on Monday for the mattress that was already in the first truck. And are refunding the promotions promised on their website that were not applied to the total I paid. Be sure to ask for those at the time of payment if you booked via their website form.

Great service at a fair price. This is the second time I've used Junk King. They arrived yesterday in the middle of a lighting storm with heavy rain and were great at communicating how they needed to wait for the lighting to stop or otherwise reschedule. There was a brief window between storms and those peeps got it done. Very appreciative of the communication from the lead worker.

It was super easy to schedule on the website. Michael communicated every step of the way (job estimate, arrival time, en route) and he and the team were friendly and professional. Michael confirmed the work was complete with a walk-through. 10/10

Two very nice young gentleman helped me clean out my house in anticipation of a move. I was between renting a dumspter and doing it myself vs. hiring them.

To rent a dumpster that is the size of their truck, you're looking at 500 or so dollars and then you have to put all the stuff in it yourself. They came in competitively (around 150 dollars more), and the best part was all I had to do was POINT.

How did I not know about this service earlier? An entire dumpster of my own shit hauled out of my house for under 700 dollars and all I had to do was point.

Michael and his crew were absolutely fantastic!! Communication was great while keeping me updated when they would be out and they even remembered that I had a meeting and were considerate of that. Super quick and friendly. I will absolutely contact them again and would refer anyone based on my experience!!

Great service. The guys were running early and called to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. I showed them the items I needed to have removed. I was then given an explanation of the charges. I agreed and they got the few items I needed removed out. Then I paid. No haggling, no extra charges that I wasn't expecting. I had some electrical items and knew those might have a fee. They were quick and efficient. I'd highly recommend them.

I called for a quote on getting rid of a table and within four hours the service was complete. I am very impressed that they were able to come so quickly and solve my problem. I will definitely use Junk King again.

I had Avellas do a deep clean of my 1 bed/1 bath apartment. I should start off by admitting that I do not clean regularly, so my apartment was pretty messy. They did a deep clean (including washing dishes and cleaning the oven), and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned around some clutter that I hadn't picked up, as well. It was the cleanest my apartment has been since I moved in - it felt like a new place! I was very impressed and grateful, and I will be using them again.

Avellas Cleaning did a wonderful job on our recently purchased home. I could not have been happier with the friendliness and thoroughness of their crew. We will be back as a repeat customer!
