GREAT customer service; took great care to bring awkward shaped item up from basement without damaging walls. Efficient with removal of items. Michael reviewed pricing with me prior to loading. Great experience from start to finish. I had an old fridge and microwave replaced, and the old ones were in my garage. I called and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. The person I spoke to was polite and efficient. Another company I called refused to give me a quote and seemed very put out that I would even ask. The two men who came called half an hour in advance to tell me they were on the way. They arrived when they said they would and within the 2 hour scheduled window. They were efficient and very nice. I paid exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

Update: Had to get rid of another large and heavy item from our basement this week and the 3 gentlemen had it out of our house and loaded on their truck in less than 10 minutes! Another terrific experience with this company. Professional, kind and the cost was lower than I expected - I used an online coupon code they offered. Thank you!!

Awesome from start to finish! They were able to schedule when we needed them, communication was great - answered all my questions, sent emails and texts confirming date and called ahead of time to let us know they were in the area and able to come earlier. Got the estimate when they were here to look at everything and after agreeing to the price (very reasonable), they backed up their truck into our driveway and loaded up everything within 10-15 minutes. And we had quite a bit. The 3 men who were here were professional, kind and did a fantastic job! Would definitely call this company again.

Junk King did a great job removing a giant NordicTrack treadmill from my basement, despite narrow stairwell and landings. The guys were efficient, professional and friendly, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
