So far we really like this service. Welton does a top notch job & it’s easy to pay him & schedule through Lawn Starter. It is also very flexible. If we need to change frequency, that is easy. If we need to add on a service we can do that online or ask Welton directly.

Edit: had a much better experience with a different mower (was locked in for a third mowing) and have adjusted my review accordingly. Actually considering coming back for the convenience of the app, and I never thought I would've a few weeks ago.

I’ve now had to cuts by Brett and his team and they’ve been fantastic! The first one was rough since my yard was out of control but they made it look great :) very pleased with the service so far!

I am a single mom and don't own a lawn mower so I hired lawn starter. They charged me double my first cut when the grass wasn't even that long. They started too early in the season when my grass wasn't even growing. Then I rescheduled a mowing because I didn't need it and not only did they come the week that I had rescheduled they cut my grass when it was soaked and it had been raining all day. You couldn't even tell someone had cut it. I think they purposely don't lower their blades because I borrowed a neighbors mower and did it myself and it looked nice and short and better than it looked when I was hiring someone to do it and it was my first time cutting grass. I don't mind paying for a service especially when it makes my life easier but I just felt like they were more about making money instead of giving good service.

I've been having problems with getting consistent service for my lawn until I signed up with Lawnstarter. Now I pay one price every 2 weeks and don't have to be bothered with someone waking me up to pay because it comes out automatically. For me, that's EVERYTHING when you don't have standard work schedule. Also Travis, my lawn guy responds promptly when I have questions. Im so pleased with this service!

I recently started with the Lawnstarter lawn service and am very glad I did. Terry arrived at my house and cut my lawn edged and blew off the waste in a timely manner. They have a great service and the first cut is only $19. Best service I have ever used. I highly recommend it.

Horrible service, my grass was no where near 9” they charged a $50 charge for “long grass.”. Be careful they will try to scam you and then tell you, you have to complete your 3 mows with them! Do not recommend even a little bit
