The owner was so nice and helpful in explaining my options for neem oil sprays!

Lovely plant shop, would highly recommend stopping in! The owner is super sweet and knowledgeable and her pricing is very fair. My wife and I just stopped in the other night and are so happy we found this hidden gem!

This is a great addition to the Monroe Street area! I didn't know quite what to expect, but this place is excellent. There's a wide range of household plants (some I was familiar with and some really unique ones!). There was also a helpful, friendly staff and a great vibe to the place. I highly recommend. I picked up a nice--and easy to care for--pothos and a fun create-you-own terrarium for my kid.

It took care of all of my Christmas present Needs this year thank you! BTW, you personally were very helpful and I spent far more than I should have but everybody loved what they got!

This place scares me👍🐢

TruGreen has been over billing us all summer. They sent us this wonderful deal to prepay last fall, and then tried to bill us every month this spring and summer. We call every month to clear it up, and now the company is saying the deal did not exist, but was a “pot” to draw from for the lawn treatments. We have paperwork to show otherwise, but that isn’t stopping the billing. They claim they treated our lawn in months when they did not last fall, also. We do not recommend.

This company will let anyone put a bill in your name witch is illegal! I would not recommend thier services to anyone. The customer service is useless!!!!

Today they treated our lawn for weeds and crabgrass. We will assess in two weeks. It may require a second treatment. Great service as always! Thanks Andrew!

All went well. I also want to inform you. I will not be renewing my contract, the house is being sold this fall. Thanks fir the great service

My experience with TruGreen has been excellent. Added fertilization & feeding for trees & shrubs so anxious to see the improvements this summer.

It's been getting overly expensive over the last few years. Customer service is very slow, but effective once you can get ahold of them. I enjoy they don't charge for additional applications if I'm unhappy with the last service. For example, I still had dandelions after a week since my service and they came out for free to focus on the dandelions. Overall the grass looks great, which is why I give it 4 stars.

I just started using their service (paid in advance for the season) and cannot really comment on the quality yet, but this is in regards to customer service. I was working from home when they applied the first application and it was supposed to only be for the front yard, but they did the back, too. I have service scheduled today and tried calling to confirm they only put the weed control in the front (I have dogs and their toys are all over the back yard), but cannot get a real person on the phone! Customer service is important to me, so I already know I won't be using them next year.

Josh did a Fantastic job on my lawn. Everyone else on the block had weeds and dandelions, whike mine look so nice without them. As the grass grew it looked Beautiful. I also had tgem in the City and always TruGreen made my lawn look Great! Thank You for a GREAT JOB Josh!!

The service person who came to my door and did the application was professional and polite. Also did a great job with the application of the lawn products.

Like the review below, I am not a TruGreen customer. My neighbor uses TruGreen, I use another company. 3 times in a 5 week period, I came home to find a notice hanging on my front door and signs in my front yard notifying me that TruGreen had fertilized my yard. I am concerned as I had my own fertilizer company treating my yard. I have called the local phone number listed on the receipts, however, I always get someone in Chicago who is unable to transfer me or assist. They always say I'll get a call back, but I never receive one. If anyone knows who runs the Madison location and has their phone number I would appreciate it. I would never recommend this company. Their service is horrible.

Overall my lawn has improved from using their service. However, there is a glaring issue with some techs. Multiple times I observed technicians visiting the property and doing no service. Flags were still put down and my receipt claimed service was done but no service done. If there's nothing to be done, I could understand that, but don't claim to do a thing that isn't done, that consumes one of my service visits with no benefit. Extremely disappointed. The first time it happened I chalked it up to a tech maybe having a long day. The second time.. nah... I'm not paying for this.

We are giving TruGreen one more chance. We had them aerate and overseed in the fall and they came way too late in the season and it was a waste of $600 plus. We usually have to have the grass cut once by now and our lawn looks terrible. It never fails they come so late in the season for the last treatment I feel it is a waste of money. I think it is a waste doesn’t help the lawn. If it happens again this year I’m done and will find another service.
