Josh does a great job with my lawn! Very thorough and efficient

These "guys" do a great job, and they are quick and always on time.... highly recommended

They were initially quick to start and first mowing was great. After a few weeks I questioned why a certain portion of my back yard was not cut. Asked if something was wrong. They offered a small, partial refund but then refused to come back to my property to continue mowing. There was no other response from the company. Very unprofessional.

Very reliable service, I knew my yard was being cared for while I was at work. Absolute pleasure to see a great lawn when I come home.

Horrible customer service after second time.

We have new sod/landscaping in our front yard. My husband broke his foot and I work four jobs so we hired this company to come out. Our only request was that no riding mower be used on the new sod (said to them in both their questionaire and over the phone)

-First visit: included edging/mowing- neither of which were done well (company did admit this, gave a refund on the first visit and sent out a second crew to redo this because they admitted it to be embarrassing work)

-Second visit: I get home from work to see a riding mower on the front yard. The sod is chopped up/ there are holes in a few places. When calling to see what can be done to remediate this and to get a full refund on the services, we were told that the request of a riding mower not being used was not on our profile (even though I can see it is), that the only way to get the property damage fixed was to report it on their website, and that there was not any person that could talk to me over the phone, see it in person or communicate directly with me to try to fix this problem. I spent my thirty minute lunch break on the phone wtih their customer service to be directed to only use their app.

I will edit this review once we receive a fix to the bad service and front lawn damages.

Would not suggest anyone to use.

Michael mowed my yard it was evenly cut he was making sure not to miss anything. He’s very kind and thorough. Michael will be cutting under my blue spruce tree and lilacs bush next time he comes over to mow.

I requested grading around a newly built garage that had heaps of dirt left behind. I wanted to improve grading and diminish steep areas so that you could walk around garage and drive a lawnmower around the garage. I did ask the company owner if they owned their own excavator equipment so the job could be completed correctly and I was told it did. I was given an estimate for $1400. The job was not professionally done. They charged the full amount and only addressed one side of the garage by having one person lay 1-2 yards of dirt which only took 3 hours of labor without any equipment. They added some grass seed and straw. The area behind the garage was not done.

Jim did an amazing job. It was a very over due clean up and it needed to be done ASAP! He was very quick to respond to me, was able to schedule the job in very quickly. He has great knowledge and instincts regarding yard care and I trusted his guidance in what to do.
Jim's team were very friendly and worked so hard on a hot and sticky day. Everything went so well. I highly recommend Madison Landscape!

Jim is great. He keeps me updated on his schedule and shows up on time. Last year they pulled a bunch of nasty weeds out of my flower beds. They just did a spring cleanup and did a great job. Very friendly and personable. I like supporting local businesses also. I highly recommend them for any yard work that you need done.

My wife hired Jim to do landscaping for us. My wife is very picky with that being said. Jim was quick to respond to us gave us a quote that was very reasonable fit us in his schedule quickly end did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Jim to take care of any of your landscaping needs

Excessive over billing we had to dispute every invoice. During our discussion they simply stopped plowing the property.

A single silt sock and a chain link fence is used to control runoff from their salt shed adjacent to a wetland, polluting and destroying it for hundreds of years. Lazy and irresponsible would be kind words to describe whatever piece of garbage runs this business.

Our experience with winter services was wonderful. Our sidewalks looked the best they ever have..highly recommend these guys!!
