Tru green came out within days of setup. Very prompt and detailed service by Michael wendelschafer. I seen him in Jefferson wi early this week and approached him bcuz I was always curious about the service. Great job

I’ve been very happy with service from True Green for many years. They’re professional & thorough & have revisited when asked for no extra charge. My lawn looks great as well as my trees and shrubs.

Took the extra time to assure the yard was in great condition and shape. Took time to go out of the way to help assist get a camper on my vehicle to make it easier to finish up the yard for the year. Thanks true green for all your great hard work and determination to your clients!!

I like that the yard has greatly improved after a year of their service and continued it again this year.

My reason for the 3 stars is the constant trying to upsale. Any call that I've had from them was them trying to sell me something new. So, I no longer answer them and have blocked a lot of their reps numbers.

Edit/update: recently canceled service, just due to cost. If you can afford them and can deal with the constant telemarketing; it's a great service.

However, I didn't like the fact that you have to call to cancel, rather than call to continue. Otherwise, service will continue whether you want it or not.

Also, canceling service should remove you from the calling list rather than increase the frequency of telemarketing. This does not make me want to consider choosing the service again. Just saying.

Filled out form to get price quote. Received call within 3 minutes. After providing a brief explanation of what I was struggling with, the rep chose a package, read from a script very poorly, and then stated pricing for the package she chose. I asked for those details and other options to be emailed and was told they ONLY provide verbal quotes and she would not be able to email me any details. That is a horrible business model and I will seek a locally owned business after seeing how the “Big Guys” treat you.

True green, it has a problem with Local implementation of services. Meaning your local office, in Madison Wisconsin, has no one to answer questions. When getting ahold of someone. The computer system does not transfer the information to all computers.,In other states and departments. So the computer system is broke or personnel do not enter the information.

Very pleasant gentleman here spraying and our lawn is looking better than it has been in years.

We just had our 3rd treatment and True Green treated the wrong areas for the 3rd time. I called to complain and they came and treated the lawn again 4 days later. Now our lawn is turning brown due to much fertilizer. The incompetence of this company is unbelievable. Not calling the 800 number anymore they are clueless also. I will be stopping into the office. I am going to try to cancel the rest of our contract and find a company that can follow directions.

NEW CUSTOMERS‼️ Please read if you're considering this company. I had to end any business with Trugreen, due to many errors made from their end. First, they never did eradicate my weed issues. It's not that my lawn was overwhelmed with weeds, they tried three times, but to no avail. The only reason I checked two stars was due to Trugreens diligence, coming out a couple times free for the weeds. Next, later on when Trugreen had reseeded, every one of my flower/shrub gardens was plastered with grass. This is an ongoing process that I'm still trying to rectify.

My tech was very knowledgeable and took care not to spray my newly seated parts of my yard. Also informed me to not let my pets on the yard For 2 to 3 hours.

Alex is a very helpful and pleasant young man. He did a wonderful job. I am looking forward to having him take care of my lawn again.

I called TruGreen to inquire about a lawn care service that they don't provide (aeration). After finding out they couldn't provide what I wanted, they sold me on their perimeter pest control solution. I have terrible trouble with wolf spiders and other spiders around my doors, windows and gutters. They promised to clean off all of the webs and spray for the creepy crawlies each time they came out. Their technician, Justin, was very personable and the 1st time seemed to go well. The 2nd time, I saw webs and spiders as soon as he left but thought it was a mistake and planned to talk to him the next time he came out. We'll, the next time he came out, I was in the shower so my plan went awry. I called the service number and explained that I was staring at a half dollar size spider and their guy had just been here. They agreed to send him back. He came back and told me that I was oversold. He doesn't spray above ground level. I need to hire a real pest control company. He is canceling the rest of my services and supposed to get me some sort of refund. I am frankly not holding my breath. Good luck to anyone working with this company.

Dylan does a great job, very thorough and very professional. Prior to starting she asked if I had any questions or concerns and I said we have had no mosquitos and that whatever she did the last time to keep it up. Her response was simple and to the point, “I will keep it up.” Dylan is fantastic and I highly recommend the TruGreen service. I will be adding the mosquito plan it to the other 2 properties next season.

Kevin K is an absolute delight! He truly understands what customer service is all about and exhibits it 100%! So refreshing! He didn’t even hesitate to do an area I failed to mention. Top notch employee! I hope I get him again in 28 days!!!!! 👏👏 Thank you!

Do not use this company. Holy cow are they a pain to work with. You would think coming out to spray for mosquitoes, first thing in the morning is not a big request. You would be wrong. Everything they do is completely automated, and there is no human oversight whatsoever. When you call them to find out what's going on, they don't even know what is going on, they just see generically what their system is doing. I scheduled with them and it took them over a month to get me on their schedule. Once finally on their schedule. I had to reschedule due to thunderstorms when they wanted to come out. Even though I rescheduled for only three days later, they scheduled it in their system for fourteen days later. When I called them about it, they said sorry, our system automatically books stuff. They were able to get the system to push it through to a sooner date and said they would be out in the morning in a few days. Fast forward the few days and they book for sometime between noon and five p m. I cannot express how infuriating and frustrating working with this company is. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time like I did.

Great communication and service by the service guy today but since I have had my newly purchased eve’s and downspouts on whole house replaced and then they have been damaged after installed. I don’t want my invested damaged so soon from others dragging hoses over them. Today’s service dragged hose over them again but luckily did not damage them this time. Please work with service team to put a little extra effort into pulling hoses straight out in yard before pulling forward or back in yard so potential damage to down spouts can’t happen by not dragging hose over them. I work from home so when they drag hose over them I can hear it and I look out window quickly to validate that’s what their doing.

Elteress communicated well with me as he was dispatched to 230 Ash Street which is my neighbors property. My property is 240 Ash Street. We discussed that he was supposed to service my property at 240 Ash Street and he did. He was also going to update my property address.

Zachary was very professional and asked if there were any dogs on the premises and to be sure all windows were closed so no chemicals got into the house or on any pets. He finished quickly, done in about 10 minutes. Great job!

Justin did an outstanding job with our pest control, as well as our mosquito service! He is very professional and kind, along with very attentive to detail.
