Last Feb, 2024 I had the good fortune of connecting with Corey Thompson, General Manager of Clean-Pro in Madison. I must admit, so far it has exceeded all my expectations and I’m pretty nitpicky when it comes to cleaning.

For 19 years, except for the carpet and duct cleaning, I (we) have been cleaning our business space I lease for offices, bathrooms, and warehouse. Why? Like I said…I’m picky. I always feel like nobody could do it better than me. Well, like the quote from Marvis Williams goes, something like; “There is no better test of integrity than admitting when you’re wrong.”

First of all, what impressed me from the get-go, was that Corey physically came over himself to meet with me. He listened intently, asked questions that I didn’t think of, and took copious notes. He sent me a quote the following day and gave me options for cleaning frequency. Still, I remained somewhat skeptical. But I know we need help. As follow-up, he and one of his employees came over a second time for a walk-through and to ask a few more questions. More impressed.

Yesterday, Mar 9, 2024 was my first cleaning. I decided to arrive after the crew completed our initial “deep clean” to audit their completion. The second I stepped inside I smiled. Of course, it smelled good (not that it smelled bad before), but yesterday it just smelled clean. That’s just a smell that perfume is used for. I checked every office for everything, including the baseboards, the carpet, the bathrooms. SPOTLESS! Sort of disappointed in myself that I didn’t make this decision years ago.

EXCEPTIONAL performance. Highly recommend.

The men worked very hard at applying themselves to do the job. It was good to see such a great work ethic for all three but especially the brown hair brown skinned young man. Will use this service in the future for sure. Resonable pricing. Very happy

The team from Action Professionals did a terrific job with our gutter cleaning, window washing and power washing of our decks and siding. William and Kenny made the windows sparkle and the decks/siding look like new.

We have had them clean our gutters both spring and fall for quite a few years. Dependable, good service. Even came out in unusually bad weather to get the job done.

The Action Professional crew was extremely responsive and helpful. The crew was courteous and respectful of our home, and did a quick and amazing job of cleaning up our exterior, as well as washing the windows in and out. Top quality, highly recommended.

I am a tenant. The managers use Action Professional to clean the gutters, amongst other things. They were here in October and failed to clear the downspout. They decided to show back up in December. It was 24° outside. They spent four hours cleaning 20 feet of gutter with a prybar and weren’t able to clean them after all. In the meantime, they covered the side of my car in water for four hours, because the gutter was overflowing, and ended up leaving the gutters completely full of water…because they never cleaned the downspout in October. To boot, because they showed up in December, they knocked all our Christmas decorations off the gutters. I called the Action Professional and spoke to a very rude woman who never explained why they were here doing gutters in those temperatures, was completely unapologetic throughout the conversation, and said that she would call the crew and tell them to go back and put the Christmas lights back on the gutters. I called management, who knew nothing of what was going on, and they apologized. Management reached out to Action Professional and was told they would not be back to put up the Christmas lights. Management was nice enough to offer to put them back up, but it would be a few days. A few cold days. Now the gutters are full of one giant block of ice, and the decorations cannot be clipped back on. Horrible service, horrible, customer service, and a horrible overall experience. Not only will I not recommend, I will actively oppose Action Professional!!

They arrived on time and cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards. They used a gas powered leaf blower, then followed up with a water hose they brought. The guy was very professional about telling me what he was going to do next and so on. It took them about 4 hours. They cleaned up the patio with the leaf blowers when they were finishing up the job, so no mess was left. I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend them. They are hard workers and it was a hot day.

Premier Rug Washing did an excellent job with our large wool rug. Our dog had vomited on the rug while we were on vacation and the pet-sitter didn't have much experience cleaning so the stains had soaked in. The owners were very helpful and polite and did a great job with the rug.

Trent and his team at Premier Rug Washing were so easy to work with. They communicated well, were incredibly polite, and got our rug into great shape after a pet-related mess — all at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Wonderful work. Great job cleaning and also picking up and dropping off. So convenient and easy. Knowledgeable about Persian carpets and not just how to clean them but also repair them. Prices were very reasonable for the service and care provided. Five stars.

Trent is incredible to work with. Very nice and professional to work with. He accommodated for our situation and went above and beyond to make it convenient for us. We've had two rugs cleaned with him and will always go back in the future. If you need a rug cleaned, this is the best place to go.

Quite satisfied with the outcome here. My young bulldog decided that he disagreed with one of my area rugs, and let me know accordingly. After trying to get rid of the issue myself unsuccessfully I enlisted the help of Trent at Premier Rug Washing. Just got the rug back after 4 days and the stain is gone and he even fixed a small tear that was developing. Great work and fantastic friendly service. Keep it up!
