We have a large family and a lot of pets, so our rugs are constantly under heavy usage. We found Premier Rug Washing through an internet search, and have been quite pleased with their service. Since we have area rugs in nearly every room of our house, we truly appreciate their pick-up and delivery options. We have used Premier Rug Washing multiple times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. We plan to remain as customers, too. Great people, great quality, great service.

Superb!! Our rug has never looked better. The cleaning somehow brought out more vibrant colors. It also smells so much better. The expert staff is friendly and efficient. If you need a rug cleaned, this is the place to go!

I have used Premier Rug Wash for years and have been very grateful for repairing an antique rug of my late grandfather's and for shampooing our carpets. The repair and cleaning of all our Persian rugs show a trade and master craftsman work that is a dying breed. The personal care the Trent and Travis have taken of our valuable rugs and carpets is of the highest level. I can't thank Premier Rug Wash for their service and expertise. EXCEPTIONAL! Yesterday I picked up my 3rd area rug I have had cleaned here but this time I had them clean and also restore/repair a gorgeous wool braided rug I picked up at a thrift store. Price was fair and job WELL DONE! Appreciate very much having a good resource for cleaning my area tugs. Highly recommend!

Premier Rug Washing cleaned five high quality oriental rugs for us along with an Alpaca hide rug. Some of these were very soiled and hadn't been cleaned in years. Some we had taken elsewhere and when they came back, they didn't smell clean, or look clean and the fringe was still dirty. These guys cleaned our heirloom rugs, made some repairs that were carefully done, and now they just glow. They look fantastic, are soft to the touch, and the fringe is really clean. The Alpaca hide rug looks like new and all of them smell fresh and clean. Yes, they are not cheap but they are worth every penny we paid. They were courteous, did the job quickly and had them ready when promised. We will definitely use them again.

Trent is excellent. This is our second time using their services, but the experience only got better. After a text exchange with quick responses he picked up three of our rugs and returned them exactly when he said he would. The rugs came back again better than we expected. With three young children in the house, the wear and tear is obvious. The amount of life & color that Premier Rugs can restore to our rugs makes the investment in cleaning them a no brainer. They are our go to for rug cleaning.

Trent is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had four area rugs cleaned, and they turned out beautifully!! One was especially old and dirty, but he was able to restore it back to its original beauty. I was impressed! He also found moths that had started to ruin one of the most expensive rugs we took to have cleaned. I didn’t know that was even a problem! He took care of that as well. We had all our oriental rugs cleaned by Premier Rug Washing. We were thrilled at the results, and the fact that they included pick up and delivery, worked quickly, (only a week) and Trent told us exactly what area of Iran made our rugs (we had purchased them when we were on vacation in Turkey) which was very interesting, as well as letting us know what they were worth and should be insured for.

This would have been a long drawn out process if we would have taken our rugs into Madison to be cleaned, as they wouldn’t all fit in the van, and would require many trips.

Couldn’t be more pleased. All this service and less expensive than bringing them in.

Having recently relocated to Madison out of a DC environment with constant new construction and dust filled air, my first priority was to get my treasured rugs cleaned. I knew that the typical machine treatment would not extract the soot and fine particulate necessary to refresh and preserve my rugs.

Thank goodness I located "Premier Rug Washing", and Trent Keast. I grilled him about the cleaning methods his company uses, knowing I wanted them washed and well rinsed. He assured me they are set up for that quality of care.

After seeing the quality of the work on my first large oriental, I sent two more. I verified that they were well washed and rinsed because none released any particulate. They look wonderfully refreshed.

I’m so glad I found this company! He came to Fond du Lac to pick up my wool rugs and they looked like new when he returned them a week later. Off site cleaning for area rugs is the only way to go. I highly reccomend Premier Rug Washing!

Trent was extremely prompt and professional, I received a response by text after a entered my rug cleaning for a quote. Trent came out the very next day and picked up 7 area rugs that needed extensive deep cleaning and pet stain removal and some minor repair to some fringe. He also reviewed what he had available for better pads for the area rugs. My rugs came back amazingly clean, I hardly recognized them. They were embarrassingly filthy and I am so proud to call them almost brand new and how they originally looked. The prices were more than fair for all the work done and pick up and drop off at my home!!! Would highly recommend Premier Rug Washing to anyone wanting to have their old rugs revived. The dogs are so happy to have them back.

Oh my goodness, this company is amazing. They are all so knowledgeable, kind, and hard-working. I 100% recommend them. They cleaned two of my persian rugs and did a fabulous job. They even pick up and drop off your rugs if you need them to.

We had an elderly cat wreak havoc on a large, heavy area rug and I didn’t know if it could be salvaged. Premier Rug Washing did a fantastic job removing the smell and returning an almost better rug. And it was wonderful, timely service. Highly recommend!!
