I had a couple of rooms, our stairs and the upstairs hall cleaned by Bluegreen. I am very pleased with the results. The technicians were pleasant, considerate and attentive to detail. I had several stains which they were able to pretreat and remove. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bluegreen to others.

They did a really good job on our carpets and the carpets dried quicker than expected. The person I called to schedule was cheerful and friendly. The cleaners were on time and professional.

Economical and efficient, they do a great job. No smells afterward, carpet dries quickly. I've used them several times with great results. They use little plastic squares under the furniture legs - better than styrofoam blocks.

I had my tile and grout cleaning done in my kitchen/dining space, mudroom and small bathroom. I gave explicit directions on where I wanted the focus for cleaning; primarily edges and inside two closets. When the job was done edges were not clean and one closet was missed entirely! Technicians also left pools of water on my newly installed plank flooring. I indicated my dissatisfaction through email, but did not feel a solution or compensation were reached. I was told the techs could come back, but I was on a very tight timeline to move in and had no window of time for a redo😞. The one star goes to Grace who was easy to work with to get my cleaning scheduled!

Jason was amazing. He took great care to make sure the job was done correctly. We had tile, a rug and stairs cleaned and all look great. Thanks for the great service.

We had a nice rug that was not inexpensive to begin with, but unfortunately we also had an aging dog...eventually I looked into purchasing a new rug but didn't find one that I liked any more than the one we already had, and it was more cost effective to have our rug cleaned than it was to purchase a new one (even one that wasn't as nice). I'm glad to have our favorite rug back, in new condition. And pickup and delivery made it so convenient! Thank you!

A bit late to answer this survey, but wanted to let you know that Bluegreen provided a wonderful cleaning service for our wall-to-wall carpeting. I didn't get the names of the two people that did the work, but they were meticulous and cleaned some stains (mostly caulk from a tile floor installation) that I didn't expect to come out at all. Best of all, they were friendly!

Bluegreen did a terrific job on our home carpet. The team was friendly, efficient, and carried out the job without a hitch. Great experience working with them!

If i was to have a fairy god father it would be James.

New 2 months old puppy, who was not completely potty trained had a few accidents in two bedrooms and stair landing. My house smelled so bad. I was so distressed. I shampoo the floors more than 5 times. Used all sorts of cleaners even bought another machine. Eventually I gave into using bleach i was so scared my carpets are only two years old. So frustrated that i was contemplating to pay for a replacement.

I contacted Judy’s and explains the situation. James was so helpful, he listen to my dilema and gave me all the information and posible process that would take care of the problem.

I had scheduling interference during the week. But James heard the desperation in my voice. The smell was driving me crazy.

He fit me in on a Saturday (they do not work weekends) morning. Amazing person, he walked me tru his process and what he was doing and how it works. The science behind it. lol.

He put a cover on the main door so that cold would not come in.

2 days later. My house still smelling good

Thank you James and son (helping pops on a wknd) for the great work. I will no longer be using my shampooer, you will be my first choice.

Great family owned business that did an amazing job on our carpets

I had my sectional and a large chair cleaned and Malaki did an excellent job. He was very thorough and friendly. The price beat anywhere else I go estimates from. Highly recommend!
