I am so incredibly happy with my rugs. I can't recommend these people enough!!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I learned about the history of my rugs, and they look and feel brand new. THEY REALLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Highly recommend Premier Rug Washing. We had them clean two large area rugs over the summer as well as repair the fringe on one of them. They quickly provided a quote via text and picked up the rugs the next day. Both rugs came back looking great.

Excellent service and beautifully cleaned rugs. I had an 8'x10' woven cotton rug washed by Premier Rug Washing and the results were perfection. I'm very happy. I also had a 3'x9' cotton loom hooked runner washed and it is also looking just like new.

Premier Rug Washing is definitely the place to have any and all rugs washed, repaired, and treated. I had them do about 25 old oriental rugs, and they were all returned looking like new at a very reasonable rate. The staff is so knowledgeable about oriental rugs and their history.

I have been amazed two times with deep shag rugs we have brought into Premier Rug Washing in McFarland. We brought them rugs that desperately needed a thorough and complete cleaning, and shag rugs are notoriously difficult to clean on one's own. One of the rugs had a large hole in it from an exuberant dog; I was so impressed with the repair completed by Trent at Premier! I cannot even find where the damage was. No more getting rid of large or heavy area rugs that have just gotten impossible to clean. I will be bringing all of them to Premiere in McFarland.

Premier Rug Washing has done it again. We had our large hand knotted wool rug from Nepal cleaned and it came back looking like new! I would not hesitate to use them for any services - plus they pick up and deliver. This is the second time we worked with Premier and it’s 5 stars all the way!

Top notch customer service! It was very easy to obtain a quote and Trent picked up and delivered our wool area rug. He suggested replacing the backing as the glue had deteriorated over the years and was leaving a powdery residue on our floors. Our rug was cleaned, repaired, and delivered when promised. I am thoroughly impressed with Premier Rug Washing. Trent is knowledgeable about wool, cotton, and silk in Asian rugs. I love that rugs are spun to remove water with centrifugal force. Trent explained the intricate drying process that each rug undergoes, making sure that every rug is bone dry and soft to the touch on completion. Trent picked up and delivered five different types and sizes of rugs. Turn-around time was quick, and our rugs came back notably cleaner, fluffier, and softer than before washing.

I brought 3 wool oriental rugs (2-3x5 and 1-5x8) and one 70-yr-old Persian Heriz rug (8x11) in for cleaning. I also had repair work done on the 5x8. The cleaning and repairs were done within a week. I was very pleased with both the cleaning and repairs. Trent is very professional and knowledgeable, and I intend to bring other rugs in for him to work on.

Premier has cleaned nearly every area rug in our house, including some Persian rugs that are quite fragile. The results have been excellent, even on some rugs we thought were beyond hope. We won't be going anywhere else.

Without going into a tremendous amount of detail (rugs washed and kitty pee decontamination)...all I can say is that Trent and his team are excellent. They went above and beyond with fair pricing, prompt communication and quick turn-around for the 3 rugs we dropped off. They even went above and beyond by adding a protective base and tidy trim to a very heavy shag wool rug. I swear the rug weighs less now than it was at drop off! Check out their website. Premier Rug Washing not only did a superb job on my 1930s Afghan flat weave and 90s Qashqai, but properly rewove frayed ends and corrected a shabby job done by another rug cleaning service. They went the extra mile and repaired some dye bleed and trimmed snags making the rug look almost new again.Trent was able to give me an interesting history on Afgan rug, as well. Great service all the way around!

I truly thought my rug was beyond help when a gallon of latex paint was spilled on it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the help and absolute amazing care Premier gave our beautiful Persian rug . We were able to rush it up to Premier and they immediately worked on it and call it a miracle but were able to remove all the paint!! I thought maybe there would be an extra charge for this intensive cleaning…but there was not. Just the normal fee that is figured out by sq. footage. Thank you again Premier…if I could, I’d give you TEN STARS! You saved a beautiful heirloom rug.

They did an amazing job on our 10 x 14 Karastan rug from the 1980’s. It looks like a new rug! They cleaned the rug and altered the fringe at our request. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what was promised. Excellent!
