Had a cleaning service done today by Lucia, Melany, Andrea and Felix. They were all fantastic at making my apartment look new again. Would recommend

Wow! First time using Grakei Maids, Caralina's team. They were polite, affordable, speedy, and oh boy did they do a good job! They were thorough! One example, my kitchen sink is shiny clean now!! Years of lime build up as other cleaning services ignored this issue...gone! I am so pleased!!

Fantastic cleaning service with professional and thorough staff. Carolina's team did more than any other group we've had in our home, and they were efficient with their time. They offer green cleaning products, and the staff was all very friendly. Would recommend many times over.

They did a great initial clean so I ended up opting in for the monthly clean. The second monthly clean that came around, the attention to detail wasn't there, the master shower still had some hair on the shower floor and some toothpaste on the walls. If you are looking for a more economical cleaning service, this is the right company to go with but I'd rather just save the money and do it myself moving forward.

I have had Diana and team for years and am happy with their excellent cleaning and customer service. I appreciate having consistency in the cleaning team each week. Three people come and clean at one time, minimizing the cleaning appointment time. They have also always been willing to coordinate cleanings during holiday events we host, which I really appreciate. My dog loves the team, too! They are very sweet to her! :)

Tim Lucia's team did a great job. I will definitely be calling again in a few months when the house needs a pick me up. Thank you for the great service! You can see your face in my microwave now.

Grakei did an excellent job doing a Detailed Cleaning today. They were very efficient, on-time, and did an excellent job. It was my first time with Grakei and I am very pleased and looking forward to using them monthly. Carolina's team came today and I like the team approach that makes them quite efficient. They are the best value for cleaning that I have found so far in Madison.

We had our first cleaning with Grakei and I was very pleased with the team of Lucia, Melany and Felix. The shower, microwave and stove all looked brand new again. I hate dirty floors but I hate cleaning them too, so it’s so nice to have someone do it for me!

They did a high quality job - careful, thorough, paying great attention to detail, and very pleasant to work with overall. Will definitely have them clean our home again!

Lucia, Felix, and Melany did a beautiful job cleaning my home. They arrived at the early end of the window of time I was given, and were very efficient and speedy. They were friendly and communicative about what I particularly needed. The bathrooms and floors are particularly spotless!

The service was excellent and very quick, only taking an hour and a half for four people to clean our entire home. Between José, Zulmy, Lucia, and Santiago, the team was very accommodating and patient as my wife and I rushed home to let them inside (our fault, we were late). The house is spotless and the team even got rid of some tricky hard water stains I couldn’t get myself! Excellent work everyone, I’d absolutely recommend the team!

Diana’s team is very friendly, trustworthy, and efficient! They do an excellent job cleaning and I appreciate their work. We have no hesitation having them access our home when we are not there for our regular cleaning.

We have been doing the monthly cleaning for about 4 months and it has been great. We had Lucia, Salome and Felix. With two kiddos it has been such a huge help to keep our home clean. The maids' service came recommended to us from our neighbors. We had never used cleaning services, but with our health, bad back, and knees, we just knew I needed help cleaning our ranch style apartment.

I requested an in home consultation, but just answering the questions helped them for our needs. We got an email and spoke on the phone to arrange the first cleaning. I had no idea what to expect, but my home smells so clean that my husband doesn't want to use the bathrooms or kitchen. They did a deep cleaning, vacuum, dusting, they wiped walls and base boards that I have never touched in the three years we have lived here. They were in and out with the three person crew in 1 hour. The value of the $120 per hour is so resonable that we have already scheduled the service for every other month cleaning.

Lucia, Melany, Felix, Tim & Jesus were AMAZING. My home has never looked more amazing. So kind, fast, and talented. Can’t wait to use their services again for a deep clean!

Diana's Team: Diana, Evelyn, Reneta, and Jenny are amazing! Cleaning is something that we find very overwhelming/stressful and finally decided to go for it and get a cleaning service. They came in, were super kind, efficient and thorough. Before they had even finished, we reached out to the office to get a routine cleaning service scheduled. 10/10!!
