I was a former Client affairs before covid arrived and then I stopped using them. I contacted them again this week to do a detailed clean on my house before my in-laws arrived and Carolina's team was fantastic. They managed to clean Gunk off my counters that I've never been able to do. They were quick and efficient and very lovely. If you're looking for a good budget cleaned that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a good budget cleaned that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this company.

Professional and excellent communication. The online booking makes it so easy and they pick up the phone!! Gave me accurate arrival times and were very and detailed oriented during the clean itself, would use them again!

Carolina’s Team came to my condo to do a basic cleaning. They arrived on time and finished in exactly one hour. The first-visit, one-time cleaning price was very affordable. The person i spoke with on the phone to arrange everything was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and the communication was great. The Team members were all professional, friendly, respectful, and very hard working. They came in with a plan of attack and there wasn’t any standing around talking or inappropriate personal phone use. They did a fabulous job, everywhere. They used green cleaning products / pet friendly, wherever possible. My vinyl flooring was particularly dirty and they cleaned it all up. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my bathtub or bathroom sink that clean before! This was the first time in my life I’ve ever hired a cleaning service and i was thrilled with Grakei Maids. I will definitely be signing up for regular cleaning and will specifically request Carolina’s Team. Thank you ladies for making my home feel like home again!

I’ve never hired a cleaning service because I’m hesitant about letting strangers into my home. However, I broke my thumb recently and my roommates been out of town for a couple of weeks, so I decided to bite the bullet and I have zero regrets.

I contacted Grakei Maids to handle bigger cleaning tasks that my disabilities prevent me from doing (scrubbing my oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and bathtub). Keith was very helpful and got me scheduled quickly. Claudia, Mayra, and Salomé were practically in and out, they were so fast! They were early, friendly, and super efficient, which is all appreciated. Grakei Maids happily accomodated my disability needs, from the booking process through the team heading out my door. I will use them the next time I need cleaning, and I would highly recommend them.

Carolina’s team was amazing! The detailed clean was totally worth it. Our cleaning was spotless, which is especially difficult with 2 dogs in the house. Team Lucia did a great job and we’re super friendly! The house was super clean and they attended to all the little details. I keep finding little reminders (hand towels neatly folded, blankets folded, etc) reminding me of their professionalism. Would highly recommend.
